If you believe you cannot do something, your mind will look for all of the reasons why you CANNOT achieve your goal. You then have tunnel vision, looking to validate your belief. In turn, you have so many reasons as to why you cannot achieve your goal... so many reasons that you don't even try.
What if you believe you CAN? You begin looking for all of the reasons you CAN achieve your goal. You believe you
CAN, so you look for ways to overcome any obstacles that you might encounter. ✨
Even if the goal is not achieved, at least you had an opportunity, you learnt a lesson. Without even trying, there is no opportunity to reach your goal.
As with everything we do, the more we do anything, the more ingrained into our subconscious it becomes. The habit, thought or belief then becomes automatic, happening without you even realising.
How can you change the pattern?
💥Challenge your thoughts- is this true, how do I know it to be true?
💥Consciously be aware of your internal dialogue. Acknowledge these beliefs and actively work on changing.
💥Work with a hypnotherapist to rewire your subconscious and change your life.
