A large-scale Harvard study following over 90,000 people for nearly 30 years found that those who consumed 3+ tablespoons of olive oil daily had:
• 20% lower risk of death from any cause
• 23% lower risk of death from cancer
• 25% lower risk of death from cardiovascular disease
Replacing butter or margarine with olive oil was linked with up to 34% lower overall mortality.
So drizzle it on your veggies, salads or cooked meals — every drop counts. 💧
