People often think naturopaths just hand out supplements … but most of the appointment is actually me playing detective while you sip on your tea & open up to me 🙃

We talk about your gut, hormones, sleep, stress, energy, blood tests, what you eat, how your body responds to things, and all the little symptoms that don’t seem connected - until suddenly they are.

When you start looking at the whole picture, the body (and what it needs) usually makes a lot more sense.

I don’t drink coffee to rush.
I drink it to slow down.

This is my go-to:

• Fresh brewed coffee
• 1/4 cup oat milk
• 1 tsp ghee
• 1 tsp MCT oil
• ¼ tsp Ceylon cinnamon
• 1 scoop unflavoured collagen (I love Melrose Total Body or Noway)

Blend with a stick blender/milk frother until creamy.

✨ Why I love it
• Supports hormones with healthy fats
• Helps stabilise blood sugar
• Keeps you full all morning
• Gentler on the nervous system

Adding fat & protein slows the caffeine hit and prevents that jittery, hangry 11am feeling.

But mostly?
I love that it’s a ritual.

You have to blend it. Pour it. Sit with it.

And in a world that moves fast, choosing to slow your morning down is powerful 🤍

This is one of my favourite go-to work day lunches 🥗
Balanced, blood-sugar friendly and easy to prep the night before.

Quick Nourish Bowl:
• Leftover roast chicken (or tinned salmon)
• Cooked quinoa or brown rice
• Baby spinach & cucumber
• Olive oil, lemon & sea salt
• Sauerkraut or olives for digestion (but more importantly for taste 😋)

Protein + fibre + healthy fats = steady energy all afternoon
(No 3pm crash 😴😴😴)

When you’re overwhelmed or not sleeping well, your body makes less progesterone - the hormone that keeps you calm. Low progesterone manifests as irritability, tender breasts, spotting & cyclic anxiety.

2️⃣ Blood sugar imbalance
