Breathwork is one of the most powerful ways to release what the body has been holding.

Stress, emotions, tension and overwhelm can build up in the nervous system without us even realising it. Through conscious connected breathing, the body is able to gently release and reset.

These sessions create a safe and supportive space to reconnect with yourself, regulate the nervous system, and allow whatever needs to move through the body to be expressed and released.

Every session is different.
Some people feel calm and deeply relaxed.
Some experience emotional release.
Others simply reconnect with a sense of clarity and balance.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like your body needs a reset, this can be a beautiful place to begin.

After a year of shedding and refinement under the Snake, the Fire Horse arrives on 17 February 2026.

This is not just any Horse year. This is Fire meeting freedom.

Where the Snake year was internal and refining, the Fire Horse is visible and embodied. This is not frantic energy. It is ignition after clarity.

My 8-week Meditation Groups are returning in 2026, offering a gentle, supportive space to slow down, regulate the nervous system and reconnect with yourself 🤍

These groups are held as a guided healing journey, rather than a one-off experience. Over eight weeks, we create a safe, consistent container to support emotional regulation, reflection, inner awareness and integration.
