✨ New offering ✨

What you reveal, you heal.

I’m really excited to now be offering a Guided Emotional Release experience 💙

This is something I’ve already worked with quietly alongside a few clients, and it’s been incredibly powerful. I’m now able to offer this in a dedicated smash room location, combined with counselling support before, during, and after the release 🌿

This experience is intentionally guided. The counselling component is a key part of the work, allowing space for emotions that may never have felt safe to be felt before, so they can be released with intention rather than carried or suppressed.

Counselling also supports integration and understanding, helping uncover what’s underneath the anger or emotional charge, and offering practical self-regulation tools to work with these emotions moving forward 🌀

This experience is particularly supportive for anger, rage, and built-up frustration, providing a safe and held space to release big emotions and learn healthier ways to work with them 💙

✨ Out of this situation, only good will come ✨ There have been times in my life when I’ve perceived a problem and my mind wanted to race ahead, trying to figure it all out.What I’ve learned is—my mind isn’t built for that. It’s a tool for creating, not for solving every so-called problem. And often, the “problem” is simply my perception of the situation in front of me—filtered through old beliefs, fears, or stories. When I catch myself in that space, I come back to these words from Louise Hay: 🌊 All is well. Everything is working out for my highest good. Out of this situation, only good will come. I am safe. Repeating this gives my body the chance to calm down, and opens space for the universe—my higher self, whatever name you give it—to bring in the answer. Something far greater than what my mind alone could create. This has been a really powerful practice for me when I’m caught up in old filters of perception. ✨ Maybe it can be for you too.
