Honouring all Mother’s and those striving to be mother’s today.

To those celebrating, may your day be filled with love, gratitude and joy. To those grieving or feeling a sense of loss, we feel you.

Today I had breakfast in bed and a laugh with my children followed by a bush walk and then I spent the late afternoon visiting my mum. The sunset was glorious and she has an awesome view from where she has been laid to rest.

Happy Monday! I hope everyone had an opportunity to relax and enjoy their weekend. I enjoyed mine immensely as I spent 3 days on another herbal deep dive into classical formula strategies to support the symptoms associated with conditions such as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Flu’s and viruses, Sinusitis, Headaches, Migraines, Insomnia and digestive issues including constipation and diarrhoea. I am fortunate to love what I do after all of these years and I will continue to improve and learn. 🌿

It was a scary Saturday night here in Mt Evelyn with the bushfire burning in the next suburb. Thank goodness the rain started and helped the emergency services to extinguish the fire. It was great to get out for my daily hike and smell the beautiful fragrances of the bush after it was nourished by the rain. 🌿 🌲🌲🌲

It has been a huge and amazing weekend. I flew back from Japan and then attended 2 days of advanced Natural Fertility and IVF Support study with Kirsten Wolfe. I was able to top up my knowledge and delve deeper into complex topics including the causes of recurrent miscarriage, blood clotting disorders, autoimmunity and fertility, recurrent implantation failure, Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, fibroids, s***m health and its impact upon embryo quality, implantation failure and miscarriage. I loved every minute of it.
