This is also a reminder for myself ! I’m on this journey along side you of growing and healing and remembering to look after myself. The Earth’s healing can’t reach us if we have our shoes on all the time. I feel much better when I regularly do this even just for 10- 20 minutes a day. I can feel it helping regulate my nervous system, I feel less in my thoughts and head and more grounded and present in my body 💚
