Remedial massage is used to treat soft tissue injuries, but can also be an effective treatment for nerve compression, arthritis, delayed onset muscles soreness (DOMS) and neck and back pain.

I spent Saturday afternoon with Evonne and her retreat attendees at . I provided a relaxation massage for the attendees to help encourage rest and replenishment throughout their retreat.

It was a great experience and grateful to get the opportunity from Evonne to try something new!

💆🏼 30+ volunteers attending my virtual clinic at home to complete 75 hours of massage practice
