Pangula Mannamurna Aboriginal Corporation (PMAC) provides a comprehensive range of health and wellbeing services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people across the Limestone Coast. We aim to raise awareness of the health effects of smoking and provide information and support to those wishing to cut back or quit. We also assist in interactive information sessions and activities to prevent the uptake of smoking.

Next Sunday! Stay out of the rain or simply get out of the house. Come visit us. Alongside the TIS team we have other organisations coming to join us too. We will have our usual games - Lung run, Twister, Relay and Oxygen thief plus our new Floor is lava version and much more! Also see the progress on our Jack and Rose experiment begun with Millicent North Primary last week. Curious to know what that is? You'll have to pop in!

We decided not to tempt fate this year and hold it at Wulanda inside out of the cold and possible rain! We have other amazing organisations joining us and we are really looking forward to an epic day!
