After nearly five years in Mount Gambier, I wanted to share that I’ll be relocating to Adelaide at the end of December.
It has been a privilege to care and service the Mount Gambier community. It has been an honour to get to know and help so many wonderful people along the way.
I cannot wait for this next chapter of my life and career, and I leave confident knowing that the clinic and community will be in amazing hands.

National WorkSpace Week (20-26 October 2025) is dedicated to the prevention and early intervention of work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSDs), Australia’s most common workplace injury which also accounts for the majority (57%) of workers’ compensation claims for serious injuries. SafeWork NSW reports the cost for serious WMSD claims requiring one or more weeks absence, averaged almost $65k per claim between 2018-2023.

Sedentary female workers are feeling it the most — reporting neck pain at rates 22% higher than men (71.7% vs 59%), according to the [ Chiropractors Association] Impact of Tech Neck & Neck Pain in Australia survey.
