Monica has over 10 year's experience in the health care industry as a Naturopath and Herbalist.

Monica has over 15 years experience in the health care industry and is a naturopath with an Advanced Diploma in Applied Science in Naturopathy and Western Herbal Medicine and is a member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS). Trained in the philosophies, principles and practices of western naturopathic medicine and medical science, Monica practices with a holistic view toward health and illness. As part of a therapeutic relationship, she will assess and treat you as a person, always working with the body’s innate ability to heal itself. A naturopathic consultation entails a detailed case history, iris diagnosis and naturopathic assessment followed by individualised and safe administration of herbal medicines, nutritional supplements and dietary changes to prevent illness and/or bring about physical, mental and emotional balance.
