Mental Health comes in so many shapes and sizes, sometimes when we think about mental health it becomes about people who “have problems” when actually we all have mental health, some have well mental health and others not so much.
We all need to work on our mental health whether it’s doing well or struggling at the moment. Here is a list of things to boost that well feeling:

🤍 Get outside in the fresh air (take your shoes off)
🤍 Start writing what your grateful for 3 times a week
🤍 See a therapist
🤍 Do something you love
🤍 Pet an animal
🤍 Go for a walk

After spending the last 15 years communicating with women about what’s holding them back, the biggest thing is the lack self confidence holding them back.
And I ask them, if not now, when?
Feeling good about ourselves comes from caring for and nurturing kind body and soul. It’s a holistic approach and sometimes it’s messy.
If only the women I see would see the same potential in themselves as I see in them.
I LOVE seeing this potential and making it a reality. 🤍🤍🤍

It’s probably time for a new family photo because I think this was at least 2 years old?!
Time goes so quickly! And I want to make the most of every moment.
I do not work on the weekends or late at night, I carve my own path to allow as much time for these gorgeous souls as possible!
My amazing husband Brad, my son Harry and daughter Annie.
I work for myself to allow flexibility for these beautiful humans. They are my world.

Development Workshops are tailored workshops providing an opportunity to learn the aspects of wellbeing and resilience strategies within the Positive Psychology framework including the flexibility to choose your own themed workshop.
Educational Sessions are an information session providing an overview of the aspects of Positive Psychology to introduce concepts within the framework. These sessions are usually very low cost to assist the community needs.
