With Reading 1 we have the Ace of Pentacles.
At first glance, this card looks like an offering of a gift, but in reality it is more like responsibility disguised as opportunity. Something real is being placed in front of you, and this reading is here to remind you that the “gift” requires follow-through, not just appreciation. It says, 'are you in, or not?'
This isn’t being handed to you to admire, it’s being offered to see what you’ll actually do with it. Don’t overlook what could grow, just because it doesn’t look impressive yet.
Whether it’s a job, a financial decision, a routine, or even just taking your own potential more seriously, there has been a pattern of hesitation and disconnect recently that needs to be broken. This reading is about recognising value where you might have been previously overlooking it.
The Ace of Pentacles sometimes shows up as something brand new, but I’m sensing that for a lot of you it is actually showing up as something that was already within reach, only now it is requiring you to take it more seriously. Try to see the long-term value in something that looked ordinary, simple, or too slow at first glance. Not everything needs to feel exciting to be worthwhile.
Recently, some of you have felt like the effort you’ve been putting into things hasn’t been seeing a big enough return. You’ve been questioning whether something is actually worth your time in the long run. Because of that, there has been a temptation to overlook things, delay them, or treat them far too casually. Perhaps past experiences have made you cautious about where you invest your energy.
This coming week is about a small opportunity presenting itself, whether that be a conversation, an idea, a responsibility, or even a routine. It doesn’t need to look dramatic to have real potential if you choose to engage and treat what is in front of you as something worth building on, even if it seems too small.
What you give your time and attention to now has the ability to grow into something far more secure and rewarding than it first appears. The guidance this week is to commit properly to what’s already available to you, because the real opportunity isn’t what’s being offered, it’s what happens when you actually stick with it.

With Reading 2 we have The Lovers.
You already know what’s right for you. You’re just weighing up the cost of choosing it. The truth changes things, but avoiding it has been costing you more.
Although this card looks romantic, it’s deeply connected to alignment through choices. Some of you may have been dealing with a situation where you’ve felt torn between two directions. You’ve been sitting with your thoughts, and you already know what feels aligned and what doesn’t.
The hesitation isn’t because you don’t know what you want, it’s because acting on your truth comes with consequences. This internal back and forth you’ve been in isn’t confusion, it’s you trying to find a way to choose what feels right without disrupting anything else. There may be a fear of conflict, a fear of change, or a fear of what happens once something is said out loud.
There can also be a tendency here to overlook small red flags or brush past things that don’t feel quite right, especially when there’s emotional attachment involved. Over the past week, this may have felt like internal tension, keeping things smooth on the surface while something underneath hasn’t felt fully settled.
This week brings you to a point where continuing as you have been starts to feel harder than making a change. Avoidance becomes more uncomfortable than honesty. You may find yourself in a situation where an honest conversation needs to happen, whether that’s with yourself or with someone else.
Regardless of how it shows up, the focus is on whether something is truly balanced, or if you’ve been giving more than you’re receiving, or vice versa. This is where the shift happens, from knowing and delaying into knowing and choosing.
You don’t need more signs, more time, or more confirmation. The guidance this week is simply to decide whether you’re willing to honour what you already know is true.

With Reading 3 we have Strength.
You’ve been holding it together, but now it needs to be about holding yourself with care.
I’m sensing that the challenge here isn’t what’s happening externally, but how you’ve been responding internally. A lot of you have been pushed to your emotional limits, holding a lot inside and trying to keep everything steady by managing it with a tight grip. Your approach has been to stay composed, stay reasonable, stay “in control.”
But Strength isn’t about control in that way.
Outwardly, you seem fine to others, but inwardly you’ve been working quite hard to keep things balanced. You’ve been managing stress, navigating personal triggers, and doing your best not to react, but there is a quiet burnout that comes from always being the one who copes.
This week helps you notice where you’ve been forcing yourself to cope instead of actually supporting yourself through it. It brings in a quieter kind of strength, one that comes from emotional maturity, patience, and learning how to handle yourself in difficult moments.
You may still experience moments of frustration, anxiety, or emotional triggers, but your ability to slow down, soften, and respond differently is growing. This is where real strength is being built.
The guidance for the week ahead is to work with your emotions instead of against them, and to treat yourself with the same patience and understanding you would offer to others. Even small shifts in how you speak to yourself can make a difference, especially if your inner voice has been critical or pressuring.
You don’t need to prove your strength by pushing harder. It will show up in how you care for yourself while you’re moving through this.

With Reading 1 we have Temperance.
“You don’t have to keep holding everything together for everyone else.”
This is a card about balance. I feel that some of you have been the ones creating balance for everyone else. You may have been smoothing things over, keeping the peace, adjusting yourself so that things don’t tip too far in any one direction.
Always being the calm one, the understanding one, the one who doesn’t react too strongly; may have you feeling very drained recently. It works, but it comes at a cost. You say you’re fine with it, but it still bothers you. I sense that you’ve been putting parts of yourself aside to maintain harmony. The price you’re paying for that is the feeling of losing touch with what you actually want, need or feel. On the outside, it looks like you’re handling it all well while you manage other people’s moods, situations or expectations. But what they don’t see is the effort it takes to keep yourself steady at the same time and internally, it may not feel as calm as it looks.
This week will bring an awareness to that and a shift back toward you. Balance isn’t meant to feel like self-sacrifice. The guidance for you this week is to stop automatically defaulting to being the one who fixes, smooths or balances everything. Let things be slightly imperfect if it means you get to stay connected to yourself. You will be able to see more clearly where you are overcompensating, holding back, or where you’re staying quiet to avoid disruption. It doesn’t mean everything needs to blow up, but it does mean that you reclaim your own space within it and perform a lot less over-adjusting and a lot more honesty with yourself about what actually works for you.

With Reading 2 we have The Chariot.
“You can keep pushing forward, but check that you actually want the direction you’re heading in”.
This card is normally all about drive and determination, but I’m feeling a lot more ‘force’ rather than ‘flow’. Some of you may have been pushing yourself quite hard recently. You’ve been staying focused and disciplined and trying to keep the ball rolling no matter what. To onlookers, it seems like progress. But underneath that, I’m sensing that not all of you are fully aligned with what you’re doing. It’s a feeling of, “they keep going back and forth on this”.
Perhaps one part of you is saying “just keep going” while another part is hesitating, questioning, or feeling unsure. You probably should’ve slowed down to check in, but instead you may have pushed through it. Now there is tension because part of you isn’t fully on board, and that’s why it feels harder than it should.
The Chariot does ask for direction, but not forced direction. Its’ wheels need alignment - alignment between what you’re doing and what you actually want. When you feel resistance in the coming week, don’t fight against it, listen to it. You don’t need to lose your momentum, but you do need to ask yourself whether you’re just moving for the sake of staying in control. The aim here is to get your intentions to line up inside and out. Control doesn’t mean forcing movement, it means choosing your movement consciously.

With Reading 3 we have the Six of Wands.
“It’s safe to be seen, even if it feels a little exposing”.
This card is bringing you some recognition and visibility; but for some of you, that’s not as comfortable as it seems. You may have been wishing to be seen, acknowledged or appreciated for a while now. You’ve been wanting your efforts to be noticed, your presence to be recognized and your voice to be heard. Simultaneously, there is a part of you that feels unsure about that kind of attention. You’re painfully aware that visibility doesn’t always bring praise. It can also bring moments where you feel observed, assessed or judged. You might’ve even told yourself “it doesn’t matter”, but it actually does. It’s difficult and confusing when you want validation and recognition, but you don’t want the pressure or vulnerability that comes with it.
This week you may find yourself in situations where you are more visible and people will notice you, acknowledge you, or open up an opportunity for you that puts you slightly more in the spotlight. Old feelings about not being “enough” might come up. Your instinct might be to downplay it, brush it off, or shrink back into yourself a little. But the 6 of Wands encourages you to stay with it. There’s a deep layer underneath all of this that brings into question where your sense of self-worth is actually coming from. Recognition does feel good, but it shouldn’t be the only thing holding up your confidence. Take a pause before letting these moments define you. Sometimes there is just a difference in expectations and sometimes it’s just part of being in a space where you’re still finding your footing. You’re allowed to be visible and still be learning.
So this week, you can start to work on shifting from seeking validation (but feeling unsure about it), into learning how to receive validation or feedback of any sort without losing your footing. Not all feedback is a reflection of who you are. Often it simply reflects a mismatch, a learning curve, or an environment that doesn’t meet you where you are.

Well, it’s been a year my dear since you left me here.
I managed a smile and not a tear as I wrote that line because me calling Trish dear was a big no, no she hated it so, of course I had to call her dear often. Maybe it’s my defiance that has helped me get through these last twelve months but it has been more likely the support I have around me.
My family and friends have always been there. Some live close by and some far away in other states and even other countries. Some check in from time to time even to this day. Others stay quietly in the background and this combination is just how I like it and what works for me.
No one is more caring than the other they are all playing their part in my crazy story just perfectly.
Twelve months ago when this crazy new chapter began, I saw myself as a tightrope walker learning his new skill of walking the high wire. I would take one shaky step at a time trying to stay upright focusing on moving forward and not falling. The tightrope walker has a safety net in case he should fall. I also had a safety net and that was my family and friends. They were always there ready to catch me when I fell which was often in the early days. So, it was not so much my defiance or courage to soldier on and push through life it was more in the knowing that I had that safety net that gave me the confidence to keep going.
Do I still miss Trish? Well of course I do and always will. Her absence has been so loud but when Trish was here with me the loudest noise was her laughter.
I often just lay in bed unable to sleep just staring at a dark ceiling. My hands are crossed on my chest where her head would have been. I miss the smell of her hair and listening to her softly breathing.
Now I listen to a clock with it’s second hand just smashing forward like some heartless robot on a mission to remind me that time is not standing still and life will still go on.
Trish’s dog Darla a special family member and friend has always been there to help comfort me and guide me through all this and when I think about it she has had more experience because if it’s true what they say then it has been one year for me but seven for her.
Thank you to everyone for just being there. None of you have played a bigger roll then another.
For me it has always been the knowing that you were all there and would catch me when I fell that gave me the confidence to get back up and carry on.

Wishing you all a peaceful and happy Easter Sunday, however you're spending it today.

For reading 1, we have The Eight of Wands.
Things are moving quickly now. Trust the momentum and don't hold yourself back,
This card is about sudden movement, progress, and things falling into place faster than you expected.
You may have been feeling like things were sitting in limbo recently, and you were unsure when something would finally come together. Mentally, there has been some impatience building, as you were ready for movement that just wasn't happening yet.
In the week ahead, you may notice that communication picks up, plans start locking in, and situations that felt uncertain are becoming clearer. Messages, decisions and opportunities will come through quickly for you, and you'll feel like you need to keep up the pace.
It's important to stay present and move with the flow instead of resisting it. This is not a time to hesitate or second guess. It's going to feel a little fast at first, as the universe takes you out of that stuck and uncertain space; but rest assured that the new energy is shifting you into clarity.
The guidance for the week ahead is to lean in rather than slow down. Trust that things are unfolding at this pace for a reason and allow yourself to respond without overanalysing.

For reading 2, we have the Seven of Cups.
Not every option in front of you is meant for you. Choose carefully.
This card is about having too many choices, too many ideas, or too many emotional pulls happening all at once.
On the surface, it can feel exciting, as if there are endless possibilities. But underneath that, it can quickly turn into overwhelm and confusion. You may have been mentally scattered recently, or unsure what to trust or where to focus your energy. All of those "what if" scenarios in your mind are not leading to clear answers.
What's important here, and what you may not fully realise yet, is that not all of the options in front of you are equal.
Some of those cups in front of you are filled with poison. Things that look good at first but would drain your energy, lead to disappointment, or take you further away from what you actually need.
Some of those cups are filled with nectar, opportunities, connections, or choices that would genuinely nourish you and support your growth. It's likely that they're not standing out as obviously at first glance, but they're there if you look properly. Those are the cups that are worth holding onto tightly; the things already in your life that are good for you, stable, supportive, and meaningful (even if you've been accidentally overlooking them). The poison cups need to be tipped out and left behind altogether; distractions, illusions, or emotional attachments that are no longer serving you (even if they once did).
This coming week isn't about rushing a decision. It's about becoming more aware of the contents of the cups. What is it that you're actually choosing between? Pause and look a little deeper, because not everything that looks appealing is aligned, and not everything that is right for you will be loud and obvious at first.

For reading 3, we have the Four of Wands.
Take a moment to enjoy what you've built. Not everything has to be a work in progress.
This card is about feeling a sense of stability and feeling settled in a positive way. It usually appears when life has reached a point where you can pause and actually appreciate it.
If you've been in a phase recently where you've been focused on progress, improvement or getting things "right" (and possibly putting too much pressure on yourself), you might be stuck in a loop of always looking ahead instead of recognising what's already here. There's a new incoming sense of "this is good" here, even if everything isn't perfect.
Spend time with family and friends. Seek small reasons to celebrate the achievements, milestones or progress of your own and of others around you. Take some time in reflection to realise how far you've actually come.
You should be feeling a shift from pressure and constant forward focus into a more settled and appreciative energy. You may feel drawn to make your space more comfortable and create a sense of warmth and ease around you at home. The guidance is simply to enjoy the stability and connections already present in your life. Not everything needs to be improved or pushed forward right now. Some things are already enough, just as they are.

As it’s the first of April known to many as April fools’ day I thought to put the focus on this card.

When I look at this picture the message that is coming through is that a lot of you are in limbo and not going anywhere at the moment. The problem I see here is there is no real focus just a head in the air gazing into space. This cards number is zero so, maybe you don’t have any real thoughts in your head or thoughts that hold no real value they are just wishful thinking and fantasy which is probably why this figure and you are in this position of limbo and going nowhere. The zero is also showing me it's time for a new beginning a fresh start it’s time to start clocking up some mileage. This image of the fool carries with him a bag but what’s in it? could it be what they need for the journey ahead if they ever get started? And are they taking with them what is necessary? Or are they taking with them things that are a burden and will slow them down? That zero also means nothing ventured nothing gained. It’s time to take your gaze out of the clouds the constant daydreaming the foolish fantasy that you are obsessed with and look around you at what is really going on. Even the wolf or dog in this picture is desperately try to get this person’s attention and bring there focus out of the clouds and back down to earth. A dog is considered mans best friend so maybe you have a good friend or family member trying to help you but you are not paying attention. The time now for you is to prepare and pack what is necessary for the new venture ahead. It’s time to change your mindset and focus more on reality and leave the daydreaming and fantasy to all the other fools out there. Step away from all this wishful thinking and anything else that you know is holding you back and that will be one step in the right direction to a very promising and successful future.

The reading was completed in a professional yet personal way and he was correct with what he said!” - Justine Minter “My reading was so spot on! I couldn’t believe how well it went.
