I promised to share these 2026 Year Ahead Readings tomorrow, but spirit had other plans, so I’m offering them one day early. My intention is for you to read these messages before the clock strikes midnight, so you can step into New Year’s Day already carrying clarity, guidance, and quiet confidence in what lies ahead.
These readings are designed to be taken in slowly—to be felt, not rushed—so that when the new year arrives, you’re not walking in blind, but consciously choosing your path forward.
As we say goodbye to what has been and welcome what is becoming, may 2026 meet you with momentum, meaning, and magic. May your steps be guided, your choices aligned, and your heart open to the unfolding journey ahead.
Happy New Year Everyone
I look forward to reading for you in 2026.

With reading one we have the Knight of Wands, the Queen of Pentacles, the King of Wands, and The Chariot.
The first quarter of the year—January, February, and March—is influenced by the Knight of Wands, an energy full of enthusiasm, action, and passion. This card signals a powerful surge of motivation and momentum as 2026 begins.
Like many of us, 2025 was a year marked by disappointments and setbacks. Every time you thought you were making progress, something seemed to pull you backwards. You have been ready to end the old year and step into the new one for quite some time now. This isn’t a sudden “new year, new you” moment—rather, I can see that you’ve been quietly putting things in place for a while. You’ve been building new structures, cultivating discipline, and developing a fierce focus on what you truly want to achieve.
As I look at the Knight of Wands, I’m being drawn to the final card, The Chariot, which amplifies the theme of movement and forward drive. Together, these cards suggest a bold—perhaps even impulsive—start to a new project, journey, or phase of life. This is the moment where energy shifts from preparation into action.
The second quarter—April, May, and June—is influenced by the Queen of Pentacles, and this is a welcome and necessary energy. She brings balance, grounding, and stability, especially as she sits between two fiery Wands cards that can sometimes be overly passionate or gung-ho.
For many of you, around the same time last year, it may have felt like everything was finally coming together. You may have tried to rush things along in order to achieve a desired outcome—only for the wheels to fall off. The Queen of Pentacles steps in here to ensure that doesn’t happen again. She keeps you grounded, practical, and resourceful. During this period, you’ll approach your goals with patience and care, ensuring that any forward movement is sustainable and controlled. This steady approach leads to outcomes that are not just successful, but lasting.
As the third quarter arrives—July, August, and September—I’m sensing a noticeable shift into maturity and seriousness. For the first time in a long while, you will begin to see all of your hard work coming together. The King of Wands, positioned next to The Chariot, shows a return of confidence and control. You’ll start to feel firmly back in the driver’s seat of your life.
While the year may have begun with raw enthusiasm, by this point you’ll sense that things are unfolding even better than you hoped. There is a strong “now or never” energy here. You take an authoritative stance, channelling your passion and vision into long-term, meaningful goals you’ve been trying to manifest for the past few years. For the first time in a long time, you are out in front—and you can clearly see the finish line ahead.
The final quarter—October, November, and December—brings the year to a powerful close. Yes, the last three months may feel long at times, but The Chariot shows that you have been moving steadily forward all year, maintaining control over your direction and circumstances. You have demonstrated discipline, focus, and unwavering determination.
The end of 2026 is marked by victory. There is triumph in your chosen direction, earned through willpower, perseverance, and self-mastery. This is a year where effort pays off—and you should be proud of how far you’ve come. Congratulations.

With reading two, we have the Seven of Swords, The Hierophant, Justice, and the Two of Pentacles.
The first quarter—January, February, and March—is influenced by the Seven of Swords. What’s coming through strongly here is that 2025 didn’t quite go according to plan. Rather than fully reviewing what went wrong or reflecting on what could be done differently, there is a strong desire to fast-track progress this year. An underlying sense of impatience suggests you want to get ahead of a situation before it has a chance to repeat itself.
In the past, you may have done everything “by the book,” exactly as you believed it should have been done, only for things to fall apart anyway. This may have left you feeling cheated, taken advantage of, or ripped off. As a result, this early approach feels unorthodox and not entirely like you at all. The phrase I keep hearing is, “If at first you don’t succeed, then cheat.”
This quarter carries a sense of avoidance and sneakiness here, where you may be tempted to cut corners, sidestep responsibilities, or take shortcuts in hopes of achieving faster results. While this energy comes more from frustration than malicious intent, it does suggest a misalignment between your values and your actions early in the year.
The second quarter—April, May, and June—is influenced by The Hierophant. After realizing that the first quarter’s approach isn’t producing the desired results, you begin to shift gears. You recognize the need to use your intellect more strategically and be more thoughtful rather than acting impulsively or reactively. This is where you start to come back to yourself.
You’ll realize that being your authentic self and doing things the right way ultimately serves you better. Returning to a solid ethical framework gives you peace of mind and allows you to think more clearly. This quarter is very much about back to basics. Your mindset shifts from “If at first you don’t succeed, then cheat” to “If at first you don’t succeed, then try, try again.”
Structure, tradition, and integrity become your anchors once more.
The third quarter—July, August, and September—is influenced by the Justice card. This energy reinforces an important truth: all actions have consequences, and accountability is essential. Even if you briefly experimented with shortcuts or avoidant behaviours earlier in the year, you’ll fully understand now that everything eventually comes into balance.
Justice makes it clear that any deceitful or unethical behaviour – toward yourself or unto others - will be brought to light and addressed. This is not about punishment, but about correction and fairness. As they say, this is karma at work, reinforcing responsibility, equilibrium and integrity.
The final quarter—October, November, and December—is influenced by the Two of Pentacles, and the outcome of the year centres on balance and adaptability. You come to understand that anything worth having cannot be rushed and is often worth waiting for. This year ultimately teaches you how to prioritize—deciding what truly matters and allocating your focus wisely.
You’ll discover creative ways to manage your responsibilities, time, and energy more efficiently. What began as a hurried and unorthodox start transforms into a more balanced, thoughtful, and rewarding conclusion to the year.

With reading 3 we have The Sun, the 8 of Pentacles, Death and The Lovers.
The first quarter—January, February, and March—is being influenced by The Sun.
Wow, you don’t get a more positive card than the Sun card.
What a wonderful way to begin the year.
I keep saying it, but I continue to feel that everyone just wants to put 2025 behind them.
I am feeling a great deal of joy, optimism and excitement here, like you already know 2026 is going to be a big year of positive change. You feel ready to plant new seeds and embrace what’s ahead. As I am drawn to the final card, The Lovers, it becomes clear that you will be beginning to fall in love with life again.
Jumping slightly ahead in this reading – as the cards work together so clearly and I write as I channel - The Sun represents growth and new beginnings, The Lovers represents choice, the 8 of Pentacles speaks to dedication and hard work, and Death signals the ending of the old to make way for the new. Together, they show a profound and positive transformation – whether personal or in your relationships – brought about through commitment and consistent effort.
There is an important life choice ahead which is leading to a significant joyful change. It will require discipline, focus and perseverance.
You definitely start the year off with a lot of clarity and optimism. There’s a sense of relief and overwhelming positivity here, as though the path forward finally feels clear and the outcome feels promising.
The second quarter—April, May, and June—is influenced by the Eight of Pentacles, signalling a shift from optimism into action. You’re no longer willing to sit back and wait for life to come to you. Instead, you are ready to commit fully and make things happen through focused effort, patience and diligence. This card shows a clear understanding that success doesn’t arrive by accident, but as a direct result of the action you take. During this period, you are prepared to put in the work, refine your skills, and build something meaningful and lasting. This quarter is about consistency and showing up for your goals, even when progress feels slow.
The third quarter—July, August, and September—is influenced by Death, and by this point, a noticeable energetic shift takes place. You become fully aware that the lingering weight of 2025 is finally lifting and that the new year has truly arrived. You will be going through a major transformation. It is about endings and beginnings – releasing outdated situations and mindsets that no longer serve you in order to step into a new positive phase of life. While this change may feel intense, it is both necessary and deeply liberating as it is more aligned with you.
The final quarter—October, November, and December—is influenced by The Lovers, bringing the year to a meaningful and fulfilling close. The Lovers is the card of choice and it shows that you are reflecting on the decisions you’ve made throughout the year, particularly those that were made with intention and integrity. You will be able to recognize the positive choices and consistent effort you invested and how they have led to greater joy, happiness and success. Your year will end with a strong sense of connection, fulfillment and emotional reward.
They say ‘what you reap is what you sow’ and you will start the year off on the right foot and continue to put in the hard work to make the year ahead a success. The entire journey revolves around pivotal decisions – choices that shape your future and align you more deeply with who you truly are.

I was having a conversation about love with a client and how hard it was to find and keep.
Love and relationships are probably the number one question I get asked.
I remember writing down a quote that I liked a few years ago so I thought I would share it with you.

Don’t seek love
Seek to remove the barriers you have built against love
Love cannot be earned
It cannot be chased
It must be allowed

With card one we have The Devil

Often seen as the card of attachment, dependency, even addiction it is probably no surprise that I’m seeing a powerful attachment between couples and this could be between you and family members, work colleagues or a partner. Like the Devil your energy at this time might seem all powerful and others will be drawn to you in hopes you can solve all their problems so, this could be a very tiring time when others drain your energy. I get the feeling of Ground Hog Day with this card like same s**t different day but what is coming through is its only self-imposed limitations that hold you in place.
Most of you have been obsessed with controlling your life and well being to the point it is projecting past fears into your present which is holding you back from the future you want. A lot of you could be finding it hard to break free from a situation and that could be in the workplace or the job itself, or even a friend or family member. This could just be a case of not wanting to leave your comfort zone also know as better the Devil you know. I am seeing a lot of progress being made here as you begin to face your demons and recognise any self-imposed limitations and self-sabotage and make any necessary changes which will produce better outcomes.

With card two we have The Fool

Well it is looking like it’s time for a new beginning a fresh start. There is a mixture of emotional and creative energy here so, for some love may enter your life unexpectedly and be starting a new relationship or this could be the time to start something creative that you are passionate about.
This will be a new emotional or creative journey that requires trusting your intuition and leading with your heart. It is about embracing spontaneity and vulnerability in emotional matters or creative pursuits. It is pointing toward the start of a significant emotional chapter in your life.
You are ready to take a leap of faith in a situation involving deep feelings being a relationship or creative project. The core message here is to trust you gut instincts and inner voice, even if the path ahead doesn’t seem rational or clear. The creative energy here is strong so, it can signify the beginning of a highly imaginative or artistic endeavour, where you are encouraged to feel your way into the project and express yourself authentically.

With card three we have the Three of Cups

The Three of Cups is seen as the card of celebration and considering the time of year most if not all of you will be doing just that. The energy with this card goes a lot deeper than festivities and party time, there is an energy of victory or a breakthrough here. I’m sensing a lot of mental clarity going on here due to clear honest communication. Old grudges between work colleagues or family members will be settled as past issues get laid to rest. Old friendships will be mended or strengthened and new ones made. Social gatherings of any kind will go off without a hitch due to shred ideas and cooperation. Team work makes the dream work. For those having a work place celebration there will be new clear ideas and truth that emerges, prompting honest conversation which will set the foundation for a successful year ahead. They say great minds think alike and everyone around you does seem to be on the same page at the moment which is probably rare and worth celebrating. Everything does seem to be coming together at the right time.
Good times ahead great shared ideas for the future enjoy.

With card one we have the Hanged Man

I am seeing a time of change ahead. Something has or will happen and it will change how you see a situation or life in general. This is a time of transformation and spiritual growth as you seek out more purpose and emotional fulfillment. I get that you may need to surrender control and let go of old patterns or beliefs that may be holding you back. There will be an opportunity for emotional renewal, a time to heal and release past traumas and to open yourself up to new experiences and opportunities. This is sometimes necessary to let go of old patterns and beliefs in order to move forward towards a more fulfilling future. You may need to take a step back from a situation and view it from a different perspective in order to gain new insight and understanding. Change is often difficult and we all tend to avoid it because being taken out of your comfort zone is often uncomfortable. You are being asked to be patient at this time because the process of change will be slow. Give up the need for control and trust that everything is working out for the best.

With card two we have the Ten of Cups

Tens in Tarot usually point to the end of a cycle so, some of you may be coming to the final stages of bringing everything together to have life just as you imagined it should be. Perhaps some of you may be getting married or, be having the birth of a child it could even be that you are putting the final pieces in place to start a new business or extend an existing one which will bring in financial success.
For most of you this will be a time of self-discovery when you have the realisation of who you want to become and in what direction you would like to take your life. Some of you may even find your life’s purpose but for most it’s about realising your worth and what you value in life and knowing that you don’t have to settle for less or just fit in with someone else’s agenda. This is a refreshing way to end off the year and go into the new one because you will finally have an idea now of who you are and what you want and will start taking action on how to make that happen for a better, happier more fulfilling future. Your focus now is on you and your needs and on having a life that makes you feel complete.

With card three we have the Four of Cups

The Four of Cups is often seen as the card of boredom, apathy and missed chances.
I’m feeling a big energy shift coming through with this card today and it’s a powerful shift from feeling emotionally stuck and indifferent to finding profound spiritual inspiration and purpose.
It does look like you are fed up with being taken for granted and just being expected to take what life has to offer.
The person in this card suggests you have had time to think or examine and observe your own mental and emotional processes. Much like the previous card in reading two your focus will be on what you want in life to make it more complete and satisfying. There is a sense of peace and gratitude here where you have the realisation that you are enough and for now you have enough.
A breakthrough is coming. This dwelling on what’s missing and feeling uninspired will shift to feeling a renewed faith and seeing new opportunities. You will be moving from questioning your path to embracing your authentic self-purpose and shedding old limitations for a fresh inspired start.

With card one we have the Five of Cups

What I’m getting here is unfinished business. We have here three cups knocked over often thought to represent disappointment and failed attempts of the past and often these are relationships. I have never been able to work out if the person in this card had something to do with the cups falling over or not and this is what you will need to consider to help you move forward. My focus always goes to the two remaining cups because the Two of Cups in Tarot is a very positive card about a partnership of mutual understanding possibly a friendship or successful collaboration. I am sensing the start of a strong bond in the past but things may not have gone as expected and just like in the card you turned your back on it but that Two of Cups is still there. Like you the person in the card needs to decide do I pick up the pieces and fix the past or learn from what went wrong and face the possibilities the two remaining cups may hold. I’m sensing this could be the blossoming of a new sweet and innocent love like a first crush or a deep pure friendship. You will be receiving positive intuitive messages about a relationship. I am seeing deep connections whether romantic or platonic built on mutual respect, shared values and trust.

With card two we have the Ace of Pentacles

I am seeing a big focus on your finances here and probably no surprise as we close in on Christmas.
For a lot of you I feel you will be getting a jump on the year ahead and the focus being on how to make more money, invest your money or budget and save more money. It’s all about doing things differently so that you will have more financial control and stability in the coming years. There is more money coming in so, perhaps some overtime or extra shifts at work. There is a sense of control here so, perhaps any extra coming in won’t just flow straight out because the hand in the card is showing me you will be holding onto it which I feel is a good idea. The aces represent new beginnings so many of you will be starting something new and this is likely to have financial or material gains possibly the start of employment or getting a second job. This could also be the start of a new phase or chapter in an existing work environment. For some it could just be the beginning of how you take your income more seriously to set yourself up for future gains. What is required is the skilful juggling, adaptation and managing resources to make it flourish. So, extra coming in but you must skilfully manage it with your existing funds.

With card three we have the Sun

There is a feeling of optimism coming through here and I feel that everything is coming together at the right time. Like the previous card I’m seeing that a lot of you are manifesting or putting your focus on the year ahead and how you will lay down the foundations for a brighter more positive future. It comes through like let’s get Christmas and this year out the way because I’m ready to take next year on with all my new plans and ideas. A lot of you are going to start something new or experience something new. I am also getting a need to learn or acquire knowledge or skills to do something different. Yes, you seem more open to break away from your traditional thinking and try something different. There is possibly the preparation for the beginning of a new project or business even a location move be that with a job or residential. There is a lot of focus on long term goals and what you need to learn, put into place and commit to in order for this manifestation to be a success.

01/12/2025

Today I received a message from the universe so crystal clear, it was as if the veil between the mundane and the miraculous felt gossamer-thin and I was moved to awe. I feel compelled to share my morning with you all.
As the first light of December appeared over the horizon, I found myself (and my dog) at a quiet crossroad – the inevitable juncture where paths diverge and destiny is chosen.
And there it was. Not hidden, not subtle, but lying right on the intersection of possibility – a brand-new hammer. An unmistakable synchronicity planted right in my path to catch my attention.

In that instant, the message hit me with the powerful force of a sledgehammer – even though the tool in question was a humble tack hammer. It didn’t come to me as a whisper, but more like a resonant chord struck by the Universe. I had been gifted a perfect, glistening metaphor for where we all stand as the year draws to a close: the crossroads of the new year. A sacred pause, the moment where intuition asks ‘which way will you build your future?’

The hammer is the ultimate tool of transformation, isn’t it. Its purpose is dual. It is both the symbol of creation, of laying new and solid foundations, of the power to construct something magnificent. Yet, it also holds the sacred power of dismantling, the deconstruction of limiting beliefs, the tearing down of worn-out habits and choices that no longer serve the highest version of self.

Holding the hammer in my hand, I felt the weight of certainty and I knew in an instant that the power to construct or deconstruct rests solely in my own grip. It is the sovereignty of choice.
As I continued my walk, clutching this tangible token of divine encouragement, the rain began to fall. Not a storm, but a gentle cleansing shower. And that is where I heard the second layer of the message. Do I turn back to the perceived comfort of shelter? Or do I press onward, embracing the purifying challenge of the rain.
I chose the latter. I decided to walk forward and let the rain wash over me, dissolving the dust of yesterday, all the while thinking about how I have the power to dismantle the old and imperfect structures that have acted as a rickety old fence around my potential. I can clear the way. I can finally NAIL the new design of my life. I will not fear my demolition, for I know that it is merely the sacred preparation for the authentic joy and purpose that I am about to build. Sometimes, to receive the new, we must be willing to get rained on a little in the process of becoming.

Know this: The universe is constantly sending us these nudges. When you are ready to receive, the signs will hit you not as subtle whispers, but as unmistakable shouts of affirmation.
This December, may we all wield our metaphorical hammers – and me, my spirit gifted hammer - with intention and courage to build or to break, to create or to release and to step fully into the cleansing rain. It’s time to nail this new beginning.
