If you’re new to fitness, the holidays can feel intimidating. You enjoy the food, you take a day off… and suddenly you worry you’ve “ruined” everything. You haven’t. Not even close. 🥰

Your body doesn’t need punishment : it needs kindness.

After a big meal or a fun holiday, start simple:

1. Drink water: your body is often just dehydrated.

2. Eat something nourishing: protein + veggies is a great reset.

3. Move gently: a walk, a light session, or stretching is enough.

You don’t need to earn your food. You don’t need to start from zero. You just need to show up for yourself again, one small step at a time. 🥰😍

Progress isn’t about being perfect. It’s about coming back, especially when life gets busy. 💪🏋

1. Prioritise protein first.

2. Fill half your plate with plants.
Veggies and fruit add fibre, volume, and hydration without the calorie spike.

3. Match every drink with water.
