To simplify this statement, your focus is after the but.
What are your goals?
Family time?
Career advancement?
You time?
Are you saying thing like
I want to spend time with family but I have to work more
I want to successfully complete my study but I have to......
I want to prioritise time for things I enjoy but I have to....
Do you notice that after the but it is often said "I have to...."
No, you don't have to, you choose to, because that is your focus, based on an outcome that you desire, which you may not be prepared to face.
There will always be sacrifice. What are you sacrificing, for what.
Is having time to have another beer/wine, and another, and another, more important than playing with the kids on Christmas? Is more work now helping you with career advancement into the future? Is doing everything for everyone else in the hope that you are appreciated helping you get time for your self?
Talk to your self. What do you want, and what outweighs it after the but, why?.
