Do you like talk during your massage or drift off?
I personally love to zone completely out, allowing my mind to rest as well as my body.

Some people chat because it helps them relaxβ¦ or because theyβre not used to slowing down. And thatβs completely okay too.
I do encourage you at your next massage session to explore gently surrendering to the silence (always speaking up about pressure of course) β¦ as you might be surprised how much more deeply rested you feel after your session.
I always take time to connect before and after your session, so you feel heard, supported, and cared for.
At the end of the day, it is your session.
