If you’re exercising consistently but not making progress - there’s usually a reason.

Often it comes down to one (or more) of these
- Your training intensity isn’t high enough (or too high) for your current fitness
- Your program hasn’t progressed or been assessed in weeks or months
- You’re repeating the same workouts without clear structure
- You’re avoiding certain movements due to pain or injury, when the solution is often modification not elimination
