🗓️ Our Pilates & Exercise Class Timetable 🗓️

We know — timetables can look a little hectic at first glance 😅 (I knowww this is super hard to see, we just have too many options/classes 🙈)

We offer a mix of Clinical Pilates 3:1, Reformer Pilates 6:1, and GLA:D® classes, all tailored to different needs and stages of rehab or training.

Not sure where you fit? That’s our job — we’ll guide you into the class that best supports your body and your goals 💪

Book in for an initial assessment with one of our physio’s, and from there we will tailor a program suited to your injuries or goals, focused directly on getting back doing what you love 💙

All classes are claimable with private health funds.

Rehab isn’t finished when running looks good 🚫

Around *70% of ACL injuries* are non-contact, most commonly occurring during *deceleration, braking and change-of-direction tasks* . 🏃‍♂️💨

That’s why return-to-sport rehab must go beyond straight-line running. From controlled single-leg drop-downs ➡️ high-speed deceleration ➡️ reactive braking ➡️ football-specific acceleration, deceleration and COD on the ball.

Rehab shouldn’t just get you pain-free - it should get you game-ready. If your rehab after an ACL, meniscus repair, ankle or soft-tissue injury didn’t include these demands, you may be back training - but you’re not yet fully prepared for the game.

Return to sport requires a physiotherapist who understands the true demands of change-of-direction sport, not just getting you back to running ⚽️

MEET AMELIA 👋🏽

Amelia has completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) at Curtin University and brings nearly 4 years of Pilates teaching experience to the Niche team. ⭐️Amelia is APPI-qualified and is passionate about integrating physiotherapy principles with evidence-based Pilates to help clients move with confidence, reduce pain, and build lasting strength. She enjoys working collaboratively with clients to understand their goals, whether that’s returning to sport, improving everyday function, or simply feeling stronger in their bodies. Her sessions are known for being supportive and encouraging, with a focus on technique, education, and empowering clients to take an active role in their own rehabilitation. 🩼🥊

During her physiotherapy training, Amelia gained experience across a wide range of clinical settings, strengthening her skills in movement assessment, exercise prescription, and holistic care. She even completed an international clinical placement in 🇻🇳Vietnam, where she volunteered in a local hospital, contributed to patient care, and broadened her experience and communication skills by treating a wide variety of conditions. She has a particular interest in functional rehabilitation and helping people rebuild confidence after injury. Her background in Pilates allows her to bring a precise, movement-focused lens to her physiotherapy practice, ensuring clients receive thoughtful, individualised programs that feel both achievable and motivating. 🙌🏽

Outside of the clinic, Amelia loves spending time with her energetic furry friend, catching up with family and friends over good food, and practicing Pilates herself. She’s also a keen traveller with plenty of stories and tips to share, and believes that staying curious, active, and connected is key to lifelong wellbeing. 🐶🍝
