Citrus Chilli Baked Snapper & Asparagus
Here’s one of our fully approved, on-protocol dinners that doesn’t feel like “diet food” at all.
Per serve (raw weights):
• 120g snapper fillet
• ~100g asparagus
Approx nutrition: ~200–210 calories | ~32–34g protein | very low carb & fat
Perfect for keeping daily intake around the 800-calorie mark while maintaining lean protein.
This one has been tested in my own kitchen and was a big hit at home — fresh, light and full of flavour without breaking protocol. I paired mine with a Remedy Watermelon Sodaly poured over ice in a wine glass (highly recommend — feels like a proper dinner moment).
Then we finished with a cheeky but still on-protocol dessert:
Warm Baked Cinnamon Apple (single serve)
• 1 small apple, sliced
• Sprinkle cinnamon + pinch nutmeg
• Splash of water + squeeze lemon
Bake or microwave until soft and warm.
That’s it. Sweet, simple and completely compliant.
