Refreshing, vibrant, and lightly sweetened, this Matcha Mint Iced Latte is the perfect cool-down drink for sunny summer days. Energising, soothing, and effortlessly delicious!

Ingredients
• 1 tsp matcha powder�
• ¼ cup hot water�
• 1 cup almond or coconut milk�
• Ice�• Fresh mint�
• 1 tsp honey (optional)
Instructions
1. Whisk matcha powder with hot water until smooth.
2. Fill a glass with ice and fresh mint.
3. Pour in matcha and milk.
4. Stir gently and enjoy chilled!
