I created both the Grounding and Inspiring ranges for me, for my family and for you.

WELCOME TO MY TRANQUIL COUNSELLING SPACE ➖

Nestled in a leafy green, private courtyard behind the main building at 295 Rokeby Road, Subiaco you will find Wisdom Wellness. As you arrive you will be personally greeted by Justine Spencer, as she meets with all clients herself, and offered a warm herbal tea or water as you take a comfy seat in the counselling space. The room is an inviting and light filled space with interiors that feel like home, tucked away from the busyness of life.

YOUR INITIAL VISIT

It is very important to Justine that you feel welcome and supported. On your first visit intentional time will be taken to be sure that all your questions about Wisdom Wellness’ services are answered and all important documents are completed for your peace of mind. As you settle in for your visit you are welcome to use Wisdom Wellness’ own line of self-care products, Kindness & Light, which are diffused throughout the practice and include essential oils, room mists and pulse point blends to support grounding and inspiring moments throughout your stay. Justine’s own values of authenticity, connection, integrity and wellness flow throughout all of Wisdom Wellness’ services.

A TAILORED APPROACH TO YOUR COUNSELLING INTENTIONS

Both the counselling and wellness coaching services are tailored to you personally with a nurturing client-centred approach with the upmost care and compassion. The psychological therapies Justine applies to support your wellness journey include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Positive Psychology, Solutions Focussed Therapy and Wellness Coaching. Appointments are offered both in person at the Subiaco private practice or via Telehealth (secure online video link or by telephone) depending on your preference. Upon leaving your session, you will be offered a subsequent appointment if you wish which you are welcome to book at the time or online. You will also be offered another herbal tea or water and quiet moment before you step out into your day.

HOMEMADE FAST FOOD➖ Willing on the summer vibes with my fast five minute Açai Bowl packed with whole foods and a protein hit to stop the rainy day brain fog.

Now where is that warm sunshine?

☀️ 1 x 100g Organic Açai Energy pouch (from Woolworths)
☀️ 40g almond milk
☀️ 40g coconut milk
☀️ 1 x banana
☀️ 50g frozen berries
☀️ 1 x scoop of vanilla protein powder

Blend on high until smooth then add granola, fresh fruit and a heaped teaspoon of nut butter.
