Come and practice in this small but growing community of warm & welcoming students in Perth. Your se Yoga Om is a yoga studio located in Mount Lawley, WA.

Our services include Ashtanga yoga, Yin Yoga, Meditation classes, Hatha yoga, Breathwork, and Yoga Nidra. Although we are located in Mount Lawley, we service clients from areas such as Perth, North Perth, East Perth, Maylands, Inglewood, Bayswater, Bedford, Leederville, Subiaco, Perth CBD, Menora, Coolbinia, Northbridge and all surrounding areas.

A beautiful time when the air is scented with incense, the city resounds with prayers and fireworks, homes glimmer with diyas, eyes smile with hope, and hearts welcome you with warmth 🫶🏽🪔🤗😍

My favourite time of the year — when home whispers with bells and prayers 🪔

May sweetness dwell in our hearts, our words, and our intent.

May we give blessings and receive them in return.
May we offer silent prayers for someone’s health and happiness.

Hatha Foundations - Learn the essentials for a sustainable yoga practice. Krishna will guide you through foundational poses and sequences—like sun salutations, backbends, and hip openers—offering variations and prop support so you can move with ease, awareness, and confidence.

About Krishna 🫶🏽 - Krishn has been immersed in the yoga culture, rooted in the Vedic tradition of India. Krishna is a passionate soul dedicated to sharing the knowledge she has inherited from birth about how to find happiness, love, transform ourselves, understand ourselves, and educate ourselves through the practice of yoga. She applies practical and conscious tools to maintain harmony and balance in the body, mind, and soul.
