The Australian summer can be especially challenging for people living with POTS. Heat can amplify symptoms and make everyday tasks feel far more demanding.

Occupational therapy support focuses on how POTS impacts daily life. From adjusting routines and managing energy, to building practical skills that support participation through the warmer months.

Support is holistic, flexible, and grounded in real-world strategies that fit your life and environment.☀️

The start of a new year often comes with pressure to reset everything at once. But setting the year up with intention can be much simpler than that.

It might look like noticing your energy, simplifying one routine, or planning rest before things feel overwhelming. Small, realistic shifts often make the biggest difference over time.

Support can help you build routines and systems that work with your life, not against it. We’re here to help💙
