Meet Natalie Raymond | Psychologist

Natalie works with people experiencing chronic and complex pain and fatigue conditions including fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, migraines, pelvic pain, IBS, and sleep disturbances.

Her approach focuses on retraining nervous system responses and brain pathways that can maintain pain and fatigue, while also supporting the emotional and psychological factors that may reinforce symptoms.

Natalie’s work is integrative, collaborative, neuro-affirming, and trauma-informed, combining a range of evidence-based therapies to help people reduce symptoms, rebuild confidence, and re-engage in daily life.

Her areas of focus include:
🌿 Chronic pain, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, and stress-related pain
🧠 Migraines, pelvic pain, IBS, and sleep difficulties
💬 Adjustment to hormonal or health changes, trauma, anxiety, and grief
✨ Neurodivergence, supported through a neuro-affirming lens

We’re currently seeking industry partners to collaborate on our Proactive Recovery Program (PRP).

If you’re managing Workers’ Compensation claims in WA and want to help injured workers return to work faster - while reducing the risk of long-term, disabling pain - we’d love to partner with you.

At LifeWorks OT, we understand the importance of early psychosocial support following a workplace injury.

Our PRP, built on the WISE Protocol, delivers targeted mental health OT and psychology interventions to address psychosocial barriers that impact recovery and return-to-work outcomes.

Research shows this proactive approach leads to:
✅ Quicker return to work
✅ Lower claim costs
✅ Reduced chronic pain risk

With the right support, workers can rebuild confidence, re-engage in meaningful routines, and get back to the activities that matter most.

✨ Celebrating Success ✨

Recently, one of our LifeWorks OT clients, Arabella, was recognised as WA Vocational Student of the Year after completing her Certificate IV in Fitness at North Metropolitan TAFE.

Arabella’s journey into fitness came after many years of health-related challenges that impacted her education. Through ongoing support and her own determination, she discovered a passion for vocational training and is now pursuing work in the fitness and Pilates space.

Arabella’s story highlights the role occupational therapy can play in supporting people to engage in meaningful activities and re-connect with what’s important to them.

Congratulations, Arabella, what an incredible achievement! 💙
