HEALING NEEDS SPACE TO BREATHE 💫💨

Someone receives a beautiful healing session, their energy softens, their heart opens, their nervous system exhales, and then the very next week, they’re off to another healer...

Now, don’t get me wrong.

I love that people are curious. I love that they explore.

I love that our spiritual world is full of colour, texture, and different ways to feel held.

But hopping from healer to healer every single week isn’t the same as exploring.

It can quietly become a way of overloading the system…

Healing isn’t just what happens on the table or in the session.

The magic happens after ➡️ in the days where the body 𝐫𝐞𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐭𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟,

Healing happens in layers allow a 2–3 week window between deeper sessions so the body can truly absorb what moved.

Healing isn’t meant to be rushed.
It’s meant to be embodied it isn’t just 𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒈𝒆𝒕𝒊𝒄 𝒊𝒕’𝒔 𝒆𝒎𝒐𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍, 𝒑𝒉𝒚𝒔𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍, 𝒄𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒖𝒍𝒂𝒓.

A little snippet of my life...

This year has brought a whole tapestry of emotions… and this is one of the big ones. Watching your baby step over the threshold into adulthood and graduate 🥹 it hits you right in that place only a parent knows.

Parenting… it’s the wildest, most humbling journey we ever take. We ride the highs, crawl through the lows, and question ourselves a thousand times over. There’s no tidy gold star at the end of the day. No guidebook. No “you nailed it.” Most of us are out here healing ourselves while raising our kids, gently breaking the old patterns we were handed.

Being a mother has been the most heart-cracking, soul-stretching, fulfilling love I’ve ever known.

Clients often ask me, “Are my kids going to be okay?”
And my answer is always the same: yes, they will. They’re here to live, to learn, to taste life in all its messy, meaningful colours just like you and me. If you’ve loved them, held them, guided them with the tools you had at the time… at some point you have to open your hands and let them fly. And trust that the love you poured into them travels with them.

Today, my heart bursts for my strong, resilient, sensitive little Cancerian not so little anymore.
May the values I’ve planted and the love she’s grown up in be the compass that leads her wherever she chooses to wander.

And may all of us parents remember… you did the best you could with what you had. That’s more than enough.
