Only a few week away until the annual Seasons of New England expo🌸🌼🌸Im so excited to be there on Sat, 28th March🧡

In addition to some pretty amazing teas😉🥰❤️the expo has some incredible stalls to browse around at and experience local produce and products✨✨✨There will be something for everyone.

I will also have tea tasters available to experience my blends and find your perfect brew🥰

The expo will be on both Sat and Sun located at the Sunny Jim Mackay Park in Uralla from 9-4.30pm🌸

This is my intention behind my Masala Chai ~ for you to experience a robust and aromatic experience like no other. This is no ‘ordinary’ chai✨

Masala Chai is also caffeine free and contains organic whole herbs and spices ~ Rooibos, crushed cinnamon quills, cardamon, peppercorns, ginger root, cloves, star anise and brain loving brahmi.

Add a lick of honey and serve with your favourite milk❤️❤️❤️Bliss.

As a Naturopath I value quality food, herbs and life giving daily practices ~ however I have to share the importance of not allowing a ‘regime’ to over ride the brilliance of you as you are.
