I mailed off this scrumptious, earthy blend for my dear girl Rhiannon James - Doula today🧡🫖

I love when you tell me the blends you want me to add to my tea collection😍

This one is for the lovers of coffee alternatives☕️A classic, liver-loving blend for anytime of the day✨
My personal favourite way to enjoy this blend is to add a little honey to awaken notes of bitter, dark chocolate🍫🤤

You will also find the majority of my blend is the highly medicinal dandelion root lightly roasted to deliver maximum health benefits🤎A splash of roasted chicory root has been added for an additional depth.

❤️Radiance ~ A gorgeously delicious blend that helps support immunity and the lymphatic system. Containing rose, calendula, lemongrass, burdock root and a splash of peppermint.

When loving on mummies becomes a part time obsession🫣🌹🥰

As a mum of 2 I just adore loving on new mummas💖It takes me right back to that tender chapter that I remember so fondly being in myself✨✨✨

This was the intention behind creating my Pregnancy and Mother teas and also initially my Goddess herbal bath soak. To give nourishment in those tender pauses to the mummas to-be and the postpartum and beyond mummas is everything🌸🌼🌸

I have had the honour to love on many friends in this cherished season. And it fills my heart and moves me deeply every time🥹🥰

Herbal bath soaks that will touch your soul🌹

Lately my favourite self care ritual is when the kids are in bed i brew myself a big mug of tea (Masala Chai, Mother and Sleep have been big favourites of late😍) and prepare myself a foot soak with either my Goddess or Enliven soaks🍃🌸

Its quiet, blissful and I can feel the tension of the day float away❤️Big sighs over here…

It’s my way of giving back to myself in those quiet pockets of time. I can’t always do the day spa, massages or trips away ~ but I can give myself moments of stillness and self care to fill my cup✨✨✨

I was in bubba heaven today chatting to the beautiful mummas at the Chino Club at The Coffee Incident🥰❤️💫

I talked about how we can nourish and care for ourselves during postpartum with nutrition and herbal medicine🧡

As a mumma of 2 myself this was so close to my heart and I was in awe of these gorgeous mummies✨✨✨

What an incredible honour❤️

Oooooh what a day! Today reminded me just why I love markets so much ~ being amongst the beautiful local community (and meeting lovely new people), sipping tea, sampling other local delights and soaking in the delicious sunshine and atmosphere☀️❤️Talking all things tea and sharing what I LOVE to do so much!

This market I brought freshly made bottles of my rose and apple iced tea with fresh lime for the community to sample and it went down a treat ~ i sold out in the first hour of this beauty 🫖🍃🧡Next time I’m bring more jars to sell I promise.

Thank you to all the beautiful faces I got to catch up with today! And thank you to the lovely local community for your support and the incredible Seasons of New England ✨✨✨

Located in the beautiful Dorrigo is Dorrigo & Beyond 🧡

Run by the lovely Nic and George Dorrigo and Beyond is an absolute delight for all things local, handmade and gorgeous!
There is also a cafe and a have recently included the addition of the most scrumptious meals made by Maseul (Asian Village Kitchen)🍱

Beautiful events are also held here (watch this space for a an upcoming tea blending workshop soon😉💫)

Today I had the joy of popping in with a box full of teas to add to this beautiful shop and cafe❤️

You can now pick up your teas from this gorgeous shop & hang around for a cup of tea & freshly made slice of cake from their beautiful cafe🥰🥰🥰

Only a few week away until the annual Seasons of New England expo🌸🌼🌸Im so excited to be there on Sat, 28th March🧡

In addition to some pretty amazing teas😉🥰❤️the expo has some incredible stalls to browse around at and experience local produce and products✨✨✨There will be something for everyone.

I will also have tea tasters available to experience my blends and find your perfect brew🥰

The expo will be on both Sat and Sun located at the Sunny Jim Mackay Park in Uralla from 9-4.30pm🌸
