This October, Iโ€™m taking on a month-long fitness challenge to help raise as much as possible for the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS).

Mental health is important for everyone, and while people in rural Australia are often seen as naturally resilient, they can still face tough times like anyone else. However, accessing mental health services in these areas can be challenging, leaving people even more isolated when they need help the most.

The Royal Flying Doctor Service delivers exceptional mental health care across Australia. Their dedicated team of mental health professionals provide evidence-based therapies tailored to meet the diverse needs of local communities. Whether it be responding to a natural disaster or delivering regular programs, the support provided by clinicians in remote, rural and regional communities in which they work is invaluable.

A great first day at the Oatlands bullock festival!
Digger stepped up as the demonstration horse for our farrier, Simon to display the work and skill that goes into shoeing horses and hoofcare.
Kip also came along for his first outing where there was lots of new things to see, hear and smell!
Both horses took everything in their stride and appeared to thoroughly enjoy all the pats, treats and love from the crowd ๐Ÿฅฐ

New animal-assisted mental health funding round now open โ€“ support for the veterinarian health sector

Elanco Animal Health has again partnered with Animal Therapies Ltd to provide animal-assisted mental health services for veterinary workers to support the ongoing mental health challenges faced by the industry.
