As Soulful Earth begins its next chapter, I just want to pause and say a heartfelt thank you.

This space has meant more to me than words can express, it’s been filled with connection, lessons, growth, and the most beautiful souls who’ve supported me through it all. You’ve helped me create something truly special, and for that, I’ll forever be grateful.

To celebrate and say thank you as we close the physical doors and move fully online, I’m offering 40% off storewide, both in store and online, until Saturday. No code needed, the discount will automatically apply at checkout.

It’s a little love note from me to you, one last chance to shop your favourites, support local, and be part of the final chapter in this space before it evolves into something new.

Thank you for being part of the Soulful journey. Here’s to trusting the process, change, and finding beauty in new beginnings x

✨ In store soon ✨
I’m so excited to be stocking these beautiful Gratitude Journals. They’re designed to make the practice of gratitude simple and meaningful, with a page for the morning and another for the evening to gently anchor your day.

I love that each page includes a thoughtful quote and a space to check in with how you’re really feeling, it’s such a supportive way to build a habit that truly makes a difference.

Even the smallest daily practices can create big shifts in how we see ourselves and the world around us. These journals are such a beautiful tool to help you slow down, reconnect, and notice more of the good. 🤍

Some days we’re holding it all together with a smile and a “haha no worries” when inside we’re running on empty. And that’s okay.

It’s a reminder that strength doesn’t always look loud or polished, sometimes it’s quiet resilience, sometimes it’s choosing kindness when you’re exhausted, and sometimes it’s simply making it through the day.

If this is you right now, you’re not alone. You are still showing up, still trying, still a legend. ✨💛

Hi, I’m Quade!

I’m 9 years old.

This year, I’m skipping for something that means more than I can really explain.

I’m skipping for my Poppy Goonrey.

I never got the chance to meet him.

He passed away before I was born — suddenly, without warning — from a massive heart attack.

He was only 49. My mum was just 22, and her brothers Truman and Tyler were only 18 and 17.

Her younger brother, my uncle, found him that day.
That moment changed our lives forever.
Even though I didn’t meet him, I feel him in the stories Mummy tells me.
She says he had the kindest heart and the biggest laugh.

He loved his family more than anything, and he would’ve been the kind of Poppy who never missed a footy game or a birthday. Not the present type, just a G’day mate, enjoy your day type, and “stop taking those ugly pills”

She tells me he would’ve adored all of us grandkids (especially being all boys). There's me (Quade), Tatum, G, and my little cousin, who is yet to enter this world.

Sadly, Poppy isn’t the only one in our family affected by heart disease. Several of his siblings have also battled serious heart conditions. It’s something that isn’t unheard of in our family — it’s part of our reality. And it’s exactly why we’re so passionate about raising awareness and funds.

In 2023, coronary heart disease claimed over 10,000 Australian lives — that’s one life lost every 20 minutes. It's still the leading cause of death in Australia.

And we don’t want other families to go through the same heartbreak.

That’s why I’m skipping — to raise money for the Heart Foundation, so they can keep doing the work that saves lives.

Every skip is for the people who didn’t get enough time.

- For the children who never got to meet their grandparents.
- For the mums and dads who carry grief while still being strong for their children.
- For the families still here, trying to make a difference before it’s too late.

If my skipping can help one person get more time with someone they love, I’ll skip my little heart out every day. If you’re reading this, thank you for being here.

If you’ve lost someone too, you’re not alone. We feel this with you. Link in story x

I listened to a podcast yesterday that really landed.
Keegan and Nathan Cleary sat down and spoke about things we don’t always hear from people in the spotlight — the pressure, the mental load, and the work it takes to find peace amongst it all.

It reminded me of The Resilience Project — a book one of my childhood friends from Narromine gifted me years ago. We were asked to read it, write in it, and pass it on. And even though I’ve carried the practice of gratitude with me since then, this morning’s journaling felt different.

I wrote that I was grateful for the stress.
For the worry about uni marks.
For the weight of grief that still catches me off guard.
For the moments I question how my business is tracking.
Because feeling it all means I’m here. I’m not numb. I’m alive.

It’s easy to chase the next thing or get caught up in doing, fixing, rushing… but today, I just needed the reminder of what really matters: family, friendship, connection. And the little moments we usually overlook.

So here’s to being present — even when it’s messy. Especially when it’s real. Thankyou and for this little reminder ✨

Come Home to Yourself

Your body is always speaking to you—can you hear it? When you make choices that don’t align with your truth, your body feels it. When you ignore your intuition, it doesn’t just disappear—it lingers, showing up as stress, exhaustion, or feeling out of sync.

Healing isn’t about the latest wellness trend or a magic fix. It’s about:
- Being honest with yourself
- Setting boundaries that protect your peace
- Choosing what expands you, not what drains you
- Aligning your life with what truly feels right in your soul

Deep down, you already know what you need. Sometimes, you just need a reminder—a moment to pause and realign. Nourishment helps, but real healing starts when you choose yourself, over and over again.
