🔹 Position: Support Worker (Aged & Disability Support)

Key Responsibilities:
🔸 Assist in daily living activities: personal care, meals, medication
🔸 Support client independence and well-being
🔸 Team collaboration for care plans
🔸 Maintain client records and attend team meetings
Requirements:
🔹 Cert III/IV in Support, Aged Care, or related field or willing to obtain
🔹 First Aid & CPR certification or willing to obtain
🔹 Valid driver's license, transport, and police checks
🔹 2 references (1 from past employer)
