An aspiring lawn bowler was having difficulty.
During tuition it was noticed that she was unable to fully externally rotate (supinate) her bowling arm, meaning her hand was angled about 40 degrees to the left when the bowl left her right hand.
She (perhaps incorrectly) attributed this to a childhood finger injury.
A short treatment involving muscle testing and gentle corrections of the bones in the affected wrist and elbow allowed my client to immediately fully externally rotate her arm.
Her husband looked on in disbelief.
Sometimes it can be simple.
I’m looking forward to hearing how the bowling goes 😊
