Your body doesn’t just experience stress — it stores it.
Over time, that stored stress can interfere with how your nervous system communicates through the spine, creating blockages that affect how well your body can heal.

There are three main types of stress we see in the body:

1️⃣ Physical Stress
This is the most obvious one.
It comes from things like:
• Injuries
• Accidents or falls
• Poor posture
• Repetitive strain
• Birth trauma or surgery

Physical stress affects the muscles, joints, and spine, creating tension and restriction that can disrupt nervous system flow.

2️⃣ Chemical Stress
Chemical stress happens when the body has to process:
• Medications
• Injections
• Anaesthetics
• Toxins
• Inflammatory substances
• Alcohol, drugs, ni****ne

When the body becomes overloaded, it can struggle to fully clear these chemicals. That stress doesn’t just disappear — it’s held in the nervous system, impacting how the body regulates and repairs itself.
