Your body doesnât just experience stress â it stores it.
Over time, that stored stress can interfere with how your nervous system communicates through the spine, creating blockages that affect how well your body can heal.
There are three main types of stress we see in the body:
1ď¸âŁ Physical Stress
This is the most obvious one.
It comes from things like:
⢠Injuries
⢠Accidents or falls
⢠Poor posture
⢠Repetitive strain
⢠Birth trauma or surgery
Physical stress affects the muscles, joints, and spine, creating tension and restriction that can disrupt nervous system flow.
2ď¸âŁ Chemical Stress
Chemical stress happens when the body has to process:
⢠Medications
⢠Injections
⢠Anaesthetics
⢠Toxins
⢠Inflammatory substances
⢠Alcohol, drugs, ni****ne
When the body becomes overloaded, it can struggle to fully clear these chemicals. That stress doesnât just disappear â itâs held in the nervous system, impacting how the body regulates and repairs itself.
3ď¸âŁ Emotional Stress
This is often the most underestimated.
Emotional stress comes from:
⢠Trauma
⢠Grief
⢠Chronic anxiety
⢠Ongoing pressure
⢠Suppressed emotions
The body remembers what the mind tries to move on from. Emotional stress can lodge itself deep in the nervous system, showing up as tension, pain, fatigue, or feeling âstuck.â
So where does Spinal Flow come in?
Spinal Flow works with the nervous system and spine, gently identifying and releasing blockages caused by physical, chemical, and emotional stress.
When those blockages are released:
⨠Communication through the spine improves
⨠The nervous system can regulate properly
⨠The body can do what itâs designed to do â heal naturally
Spinal Flow doesnât force change.
It creates the space for your body to reconnect, rebalance, and restore.
Your body already knows how to heal.
Sometimes it just needs the interference removed đ¤
