Social media is such a funny thing...
Even though I can see on the back end that our community is steadily growing, our follower count hasn't increased in a while, and in fact it's gone down.

An old version of me would've been caught up in that with things like self-doubt + feeling unworthy + all my efforts in creating are for nothing. And I used to think growth meant having more followers.

And let’s be honest. Numbers can play tricks on our minds.

But over the years + all the work I've put into myself, I now know that real growth is deeper, not wider.
I stopped measuring my worth (or the worth of this community) by the number next to our name.

I’d much rather hold deep, meaningful connections with a small circle of souls than chase a huge following.
So I don’t create for the algorithm, but more from my soul rhythm.
And when I’m in alignment, the right people always find their way here anyway so it feels more organic + sustainable for my energy.

So if you’re here, thank you for growing slow with us.
You’re part of something real, and something here for the long term impact of humanity.

Have you ever noticed how your voice changes with your cycle?

That’s because your throat and womb are deeply, energetically connected.

🤎 Both are affected by suppression or liberation + when we silence one, the other contracts too.

When we hold unspoken words in the throat, the womb feels it.
When we repress our pleasure, intuition, or emotional truth, the voice tightens.
When we free our voice, we also awaken the womb.
When we soften and connect to our womb, our voice deepens, grounds, and expands.

Your womb and throat are a bridge between creation and communication + are the inner and outer expressions of your feminine essence.

This podcast is a sacred space for women on the journey to and within motherhood ~ whether you are nurturing a baby in the womb, guiding little ones, or holding space for yourself and your creative life. It’s a place to slow down, reconnect with the wisdom of your body, your voice, and the Earth, and remember the sacred rhythms that guide us.

Building Your Village Before Birth.

I know we often hear the phrase “it takes a village to raise a child” but what I find is less spoken about is that it also takes a village to hold a mother.

One of the valuable things I've seen through my work is when mamas-to-be begin creating their support network during pregnancy in preparation for their postpartum experience, however this hasn't been by gathering a huge circle of people, rather by focusing on a small number of meaningful, quality connections that feel safe, nourishing, and like-minded.

It’s honestly not about how many people are in your village but more about how deeply they see you, hold you, and walk beside you. A few trusted connections like a friend who listens without judgment, a postpartum doula, a local mother’s circle, or a neighbour who brings a meal can make all the difference. It's quality over quantity.

When we nurture these relationships during pregnancy, we build the foundations for emotional safety and support in the months that follow birth. This intentional connection can ease the transition into motherhood, reduce feelings of isolation and overwhelm + even help prevent postpartum depression and anxiety.

Motherhood was never meant to be lived in isolation. It was always meant to be held in community, in love, and in shared understanding.

So I invite you to begin weaving your web of support well before your baby arrives Earthside. The seeds you plant in pregnancy become the arms that hold you in postpartum.
