Well what an amazing experience. This retreat offered an escape from the stresses of everyday life and allowed each individual to reconnect with nature in the hot springs, rejuvenate their minds with Mindfulness and strengthen their bodies with Pilates all the while sampling the Vietnamese food and culture. Thank you to everyone that came you certainly made it a trip to remember 🙏🏻

Meet Ken and Pat, they are 84 and 85 and have decided to improve their everyday life by incorporating Pilates into their weekly routine. This is a modified exercise program designed for older adults, focusing on improving flexibility, balance, strength, and mobility. Well that's a wrap for 2024. Fishing off the afternoon classes with some champagne while exercising (winning). A massive thank you to everyone who walked through my doors to make themselves the better version of themselves. You're the reason I keep creating and striving to bring you the best classes. Have a wonderful break and look forward to seeing you all from the 13th January 🥰

We are so proud of Sarah she has come so far in the last year and it shows in not only her Pilates practice but her belief in herself. Consistency is the key to everything and it shows here from a broken person to the Pilates rockstar.
