Celebrating International Women’s Day at The Log Cabin Penrith. The Ripple Effect was the topic focus and women making a difference in business and the community. Hilltop Hypnotherapy’s Margaret Muscat was representing Mental Health and Wellness in the community raising awareness and connecting with women in the Blue Mountains, Penrith and Hawkesbury communities, business owners, charities and individuals sharing experiences with mental health, anxiety, trauma and grief discussing how Psychotherapy and Hypnosis work to support and empowering individuals to achieve mental health and wellbeing.

Today at Hilltop Hypnotherapy “Zeus” 💛 the Emotional Support dog was groomed and pampered ready for Thursday’s clients.

Isabella from “Issy and Bear” Grooming washed, dried and trimmed Zeus with care and love💗 thank you Isabella with our special Golden Retriever he’s happy and shining bright beaming with joy to share, helping a lovely 11year old to overcome anxiety and trauma helping her smile again and with Margaret providing Psychotherapy and Hypnosis helping this young person who commented-
⭐️“This is helping more than the psychologist” then mum replied,
⭐️“I was just about to say the same thing.”

It was smiles all around and to see the impact through therapy that works, we are overjoyed to continue Making A Difference” 🦋- knowing your Mental Health Matters, and we are here to help empower you.⛰️🩵🐾🐾

This week at Hilltop Hypnotherapy the biggest yet Visitors Day at Business Networking on Thursday morning at Nepean Rowers Club. A huge Thank You to Donna from Sensational Scents in Silverdale for “Zeus’s” custom candle💛, he loves it (he even tasted it) with a lick of approval.🐶 Margaret and Zeus have been busy with clients, Zeus is learning fast the session routine, he will greet the client, (no jumping or licking) staying calm and waiting for pats to ease their anxiety when beginning the session.He knows when he’s not needed he is highly emotionally intelligent. He knows to sit, drop and be quiet when the hypnosis begins.

Emotional Support Therapy Dog -Zeus💛

Feeling anxious about attending therapy?
At Hilltop Hypnotherapy I understand how that feels, we know how animals can help to calm us, they are our protectors and their little actions can make us smile and make us laugh out loud.
Patting a pet helps to release dopamine which in turn helps to shift your mood and mindset, giving happy vibes.
Zeus the Golden retriever has turned one in December and now he’s ready to greet you as you enter and be your emotional support therapy dog on request yet he will not be in every session.

(If you have allergies or fear dogs he will be in his backyard enjoying the outdoors. )

He will smile sit and allow you to pat him, yes he’s been trained to not jump, not lick, to obey when told to sit and once he’s done he will let you continue your session with me -Margaret.
