Across Victoria, nearly 2,000 people with profound disabilities are facing an unthinkable reality:

Losing the 24/7 disability homes and carers they depend on every day. Once state-funded, that funding is now ending — and states can’t fill the gap.

Many disability homes will soon shut down or scale back, forcing vulnerable clients back to family homes — where loved ones are asking, “How will we cope?”
