As 2025 comes to a close, we want to thank our clients, partners, and team for an outstanding year.

This year marked significant growth for Fire and Safety Australia, with expanded national capability across Training and MERS, major investment in our fleet and facilities, and a growing team now exceeding 250 people nationwide. Most importantly, our people continued to deliver with professionalism, care, and commitment in some of Australia’s most demanding environments.

As we wrap up another year, we’d like to thank our clients, partners, and team for your continued trust and support throughout 2025.

Please note that our office will be closed from 4:00pm on Tuesday, 24 December, and will reopen on Monday, 5 January 2026.

As always, our onsite Emergency Response Teams will continue operating throughout the holiday period, providing the same high standard of support and protection when it matters most.

How’s this for Christmas lights? We’ve officially put ours up… and they’re a little brighter than most. We’re so excited to announce that all five of our brand-new, purpose-built ambulances are officially ready and deployed to site across Australia. Because at Fire & Safety Australia, safety doesn’t take a break - even at Christmas.

At just 32, Jacci became a widow and solo parent to two young children after losing her husband - her partner and best friend - in a tragic safety failure. With honesty, vulnerability, and incredible strength, she shares her story and the universal truth behind it.

Every incident affects more than one life, and every worker deserves to come home safely.

This conversation is essential listening for anyone working in safety, leadership, or high-risk environments - a reminder of why safety is not just policy, but people.

“Today was a powerful reminder of the impact we can have as trainers.” – Tim Atkins

This story stopped us in our tracks.

Tim, one of our outstanding trainers, shared this moment from his day:
“This morning, in the car park at Virgin Tech, I was greeted by a former student I’ve had the privilege of teaching over the past six years. He approached me with a firm handshake and a big hug, and then shared something deeply moving.

He thanked me for all the training I’d delivered - especially CPR. Recently, his father suffered a cardiac arrest at home. Because of the training he’d received, he was able to perform CPR until the ambulance arrived. His father survived, and the paramedics told him he had done an excellent job.
Moments like these remind us that what we do goes far beyond the classroom - it truly can save lives.”

Stories like this are what drive us every day. Behind every course, every practical scenario, and every assessment is the chance to make a real difference - not just in the workplace, but in someone’s life.
