Ever wondered why your teacher chooses the springs they do? Each exercise is different, however as a general rule, INCREASING spring tension will load up the arms and legs as there is more load to push. Whilst DECREASING spring tension makes the bed more unstable, so challenges the deep core and stabilising muscles.
Same exercise + different springs = different challenge and different benefits!
