I am feeling very filled up with devotional energy and shakti from the Navaratri festival just passed!
9 days of honouring the goddess....so much richness, devotion, chanting, and sharing with community.
I look forward to continuing cultivating this Shakti as we come into the Diwali portal where we will be opening to the nourishing energy of Lakshmi!
Come join me as we explore her exquisite sweet and wish- fulfilling energy as we delve into the temple arts of Bhakti yoga. We will be meeting the goddess through inner journey and embodying her frequency through many somatic practices including mantra chanting and dance.

Come chant with us on the last day of Navaratri the 9 days of the goddess. It wll be a night of devotion and celebration we have many kirtan artists from the shire collaboration to bring a heart felt and joy filled night.

To all my dear clients, and friends here on this page,
I have had some much needed time off from working full time due to health and nervous-system challenges and am now ready to put my offerings out for the world again. I have restructured my offerings so wanted to share that with you too.

I also wanted to let you know .....

I have changed the name of my page as I no longer own Inner Balance Sanctuary as a domain name and since moving from Suffolk Park to Mullumbimby I am feeling a new vibration and energy upgrade for myself and my business.

So my new facebook name is Shakti Leela Sanctuary. On this divine and lush property I have the blessing to live on in Mullumbimby I have a dedicated temple space that I use for sacred gatherings which I have named Shakti Leela Temple. It will be a space where heart and soul nourishing event will be held. I also have a beautiful space for giving my healing offerings, So I felt for now, to call my clinic space Shakti Leela Sanctuary.

The meaning of this for me is - Shakti being the creative feminine life force energy the divine feminine energy and Leela being divine play.
"The Temple where the divine feminine can play and express and be free"
So essentially a place where the divine feminine energy holds space for all to express, create, heal, be nurtured, do sacred practice and play.
