Safe to Sing is an intimate 10-week container for just 8 people led by Musician, Vocal Coach, and Shaking Medicine practitioner Zoe Everest. This journey blends traditional vocal coaching with body-based practices designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and free your voice.
You’ll discover how to relax your body and mind before singing, so opening up your voice feels natural, confident, and empowering.
Over 10 weeks, you’ll explore:
* How to use your voice from the lens of self expression and freedom rather than perfection and performance
* Vocal warm-ups to strengthen and protect your voice
* Singing powerfully without strain and allowing yourself to be heard
* Breathing techniques that support both singing and nervous system regulation
* Somatic practices and therapeutic tremoring to release stored tension and stress and bring you into a place of making sound from safety and self soothing
* Harmony, improvisation, and playful voice exercises
* Managing stage nerves by regulating the nervous system first
* Using your voice for self-expression, healing, and empowerment in a non judgmental supportive environment
