The Missing Link For Singers

Like many singers, I’ve battled stage nerves. Being someone born with a particularly sensitive system this made me extra vulnerable.

I found the best way to combat this was repetition (keep moving through the discomfort) empowerment and education (understanding how the voice works) and nervous system regulation (signalling to the body that it’s safe before performing).

The more I have practised tremoring the more I feel like it’s the missing link and ingredient for a lot of singers and for vocal pedagogy.

It’s with this inspiration that I am launching my first group container “Safe to Sing”.
