WomenSpeak is an intentional space for women to refine and practice the art of public speaking. 🩵 Thursdays I am @ The Centre for Mind Body Wellness, Mullumbimby.

Through Gestalt Psychotherapy & Counselling I support individuals to develop personal insight and find healing through bringing themselves back into the centre of their own lives. I offer a depth of humility, resource and resilience, welcoming diversity within the human experience. There is no rush to change anything, or to even have a final goal, more simply I offer an experience of being seen, affirmed and heard to my clients as they navigate the stories of their lives.

This is my friend Nele. She is a magician, a space holder & a story teller. She is the founder of Wondr .global and is a force of nature. You know what one of the greatest things is? ..she runs Wild Wonder womens retreats and they are actually the best thing ever! Set in a wild paradise of gum trees, sandstone and gang gang cockatoos, brilliant women and magical invitations.

What happens when women come together, close the curtains on the world for a day, dance, dive into their beliefs, shift their perspectives back to the wisdom that exists within, share stories, tears, laughter, learn how to speak from a deeply embodied place and celebrate one another? Magic happens & we remember our feminine authority as we are valued in what we have to say. Magic happens!! 💖 Your voice matters.
Deeply and profoundly.

What I know for certain is that when women feel safe and are surrounded by others they feel completely safe with, the brilliance within naturally pours forth.

Women don’t need a lot of “training” or “help” to be powerful speakers or leaders. Give a woman an experience of safety and being completely seen and heard in the truth of who she is - and WOW!
