We live in a world of over 8 billion people. Never in the history of humanity have so many people inhabited this planet. And yet many of us are lonely. How can we have so many humans so absolutely disconnected and sad?

"Attunement Therapy is a game changer in so many ways. To be able to hold somebody close to your heart, to feel safe, loved, seen, heard, held: this releases oxytocin to melt the distortions of the past memories, to emotionally process the stagnation of the looped energy that is longing for a softening, a release to create a space of homeostasis. To come back home to the body and feel safe.

It has already made a huge impact on my parenting skills and family life. The connection to my close family and friends has deepened.

I know down to the marrow in my bones how life changing this is, to feel fully connected and plugged into the power point of life.

Tristan Bray is an enthusiastic, loving and clear creator and teacher of this amazing modality. No stone is left unturned and the depth of the science that backs this up is heart expanding at the very least. My eyes and heart are wide open.

Are you brave enough to hold others?

After nearly 20 years of working in trauma therapy, Ive come to a conclusion.

Some people just need to be held.

Some people don't need to talk about what happened.
Some people don't event remember what happened.
Some people just need to be held in a safe, unrushed, kind and peacefully way.

Many people don't even know they need to be held because its not a part of their reality or memory.

Some people need to be held but they think this is not available in their community.

Far more people need this kind of natural nurturing healing, than there is people willing to hold them

I believe Attunement Therapy is the answer.

Its a technique. A skill set.

You can get used to holding people. You become familiar with how therapeutic and simple this can be.

You become far more aware and confident of when and how to use touch with in what ever type of therapeutic space you occupy.

What even more amazing, you can re-normalize nurturing loving touch in your home and community.
Its such a divine gift to share....

Demystification
Removing the concept of mystery from Attunement Therapy is vital for this work. Many are schooled to look for the hidden catch or trap with-in new experiences. 'This is new... This is mysterious...What is going to happen next? What do they want out of this? Am I safe?'
Demystification means we all need to get really clear on what the total session entails and what it doesn't entail.

This is a non-sexual, non-tantric, platonic container for safe, close and prolonged touch. For those receiving, they almost always revert back into a child-like consciousness where they simply seek the reassurance of the heartbeat, safety, stillness and to desire that the connection is prolonged and reliable. For the holder - the duty of holding this space - activates a primal parental archetypal energy that we all possess. This means we energetically behave as if we are holding our baby or child.
Taking this into account - this technique calls forth a parent/child archetypal state of consciousness in the holder and receiver.

For example: We have had a 30 year old male hold a 70 year old. The elderly man said he felt like it was being held by his deceased father 70 years prior. This is what happens.

There is no place for intentional sexual energy in Attunement Therapy. With our free will as adults, we are cultivating a safe and common-sense parent/child archetypal state of conscious exchange.
