CranioSacral Therapy is a very gentle, non-invasive hands on therapy.
Emphasis is placed on the Client feeling safe and supported during a session. CranioSacral Therapy is a healing art that works with the energies that create and maintain health in the human system. A gentle, hands on treatment to support the release of anxiety, stress and Trauma within the body. Practitioners use an educated, gentle, non-invasive touch to engage with the expressions of health in the system.

Bowen Therapy is a dynamic system of muscle and connective tissue therapy that addresses the entire body. A Bowen Practitioner utilises measured inputs to the body to activate the Client’s own innate healing mechanisms. Specific soft tissue and fascial release adjustments and integration techniques are implemented to stimulate specific receptors that enable the body itself to correct dysfunctions and restore homeostasis.
Bowen restores balance via the Autonomic Nervous System. The ANS is susceptible to the external stressors of everyday life. Most people live in a constant state of stress and ANS over-stimulation, which interferes with healing processes and general health.
Bowen treatments provide relief and initiates recovery processes from many specific injuries from Sciatica, TMJ, Migraines and structural issues to healing from trauma, sickness both acute and chronic, or where the healing process has stalled or reached a plateau.
