We welcome you to join us for the official opening of The Elder Tree Educational Medicine Garden, which is nestled in the larger Mullum Gardens Eco Hub in Mullumbimby. We will also be having our autumn equinox AGM (annual general meeting) at the same time.
This is a very exciting time for us as we have been working hard since September last year to get the plan, structure and flow of the garden complete so that it is ready to plant lots of potent medicine for our community!
It feels far from “complete” but nature is cyclic and ever expanding and evolving so come join us for one moment in time to celebrate and love up the gardens!
All are welcome and we will provide afternoon tea and herbal beverages.
At The Elder Tree Educational Medicine Garden, we will hold regular classes, courses, workshops and events and the medicine garden will be an educational garden for students. We will also produce medicine from the garden that will go to volunteers and surplus will be gifted to those in need/sold at a low cost for fundraising.
We are so excited to be doing our part in building community resilience through herbal medicine education and potent medicine availability.
