She spoke about the beautiful friendships she made, the delicious food, and how special it felt to connect with like-minded women in such a supportive space. One of her favourite memories was the fire ceremony…..a truly powerful and meaningful experience.
Pami is already looking forward to returning and can’t wait to bring her dear friend along to our August getaway.

Kay joined us for the March 2026 Thrive Getaway and this was actually her third retreat with us… and she’s already coming back again!

In this video she shares how much she loves the connection with the other women and the safe space to openly share thoughts and experiences. One of her favourite parts is everyone sitting down together for our beautiful three-course dinners, taking the time to relax, talk and really connect.

Those moments around the table often become some of the most special parts of the whole weekend.

😂🍫 Chocolate Mousse Gone Rogue at Thrive Getaways! 🍫😂

You might be wondering what was so funny… well, let us spill the (chocolate) beans! 😆

At Thrive Getaways, our menu changes every retreat, but one thing stays constant: the legendary chocolate mousse.

It has a reputation for being the most delicious chocolate mousse ever… and the girls were eagerly waiting for it!

Amanda made them hold out until Sunday night to enjoy it.

But the mousse had its own plans… Overnight in the fridge, it decided to play a little prank! 😜

First, it “pretended” to have been eaten for breakfast… then while Amanda was in the spa, the girls got their hands on an extra mousse. Before she could even check, a couple of cheeky guests had it smeared all over their faces, and then sat right next to Amanda in the spa as if nothing had happened!

The best part? Amanda’s reaction!

Watching her burst out laughing at the sight of chocolate-covered faces was absolutely priceless. And of course, the rest of the girls joined in, turning the spa into a full-on mousse mayhem! 🍫😂

Who knew dessert could be this much fun?

So much courage in this moment at our recent Thrive Getaways March 2026 Retreat!

Our amazing guests took the plunge into the ice bath to their favourite songs, dancing on the deck and cheering each other on.

The energy was high, the support was incredible, and the bravery was inspiring. It’s amazing what happens when women encourage each other…..suddenly the ice bath becomes a celebration!

So proud of every one of these incredible women.

At Thrive Getaways we’re known for our fresh, healthy, mouth-watering vegetarian food… and this little glimpse from our March retreat (which sadly wrapped up today) shows exactly why.

So much love goes into every meal, and yes, it tastes as good as it looks.

Thrive Getaways Ice Bath this morning was full of energy and fun!

While some of the girls were bravely taking the plunge in the ice bath, others were up on the deck dancing and cheering them on.

The music was pumping, the encouragement was loud, and the laughter was contagious.
It’s amazing what happens when women support each other….,,.courage grows, limits disappear, and suddenly an ice bath becomes a celebration!

There was a beautiful moment after our fire ceremony last night at the retreat.

A few of the ladies stayed around the fire, and under the light of the almost-full moon (just three days past), something magical unfolded.

Music playing and before long there was spontaneous dancing around the fire. It was a little psychedelic, and completely joyful. Watching them, you’d almost think they were on something… but the truth was even better.

No substances needed, just the power of breathwork, connection, laughter, moonlight and the freedom to be completely yourself.

Sometimes the most natural highs come from simply being present, together, under the stars. 🔥

The first day of Thrive Getaways’ retreat was so much fun!

The weather was beautiful and we spent time in the pool playing volleyball.

It was a delicious day of food, connection and laughter, finishing with a lovely three course meal and lots and lots of laughs throughout the afternoon and evening.

A wonderful start to the retreat….
