I am passionate about Natural Medicine, wellness and helping people live a more vibrant and vital life. I offer one on one consultations and facilitate groups including yoga classes, workshops and retreats. During a session I share Ayurvedic knowledge and wisdom, yogic philosophy and offer traditional Ayurvedic treatments, panchakarma and Ayurvedic herbal medicine.

Ayurvedic programs are tailored holistically and individualised based on the needs of the client and include; mind-body medicine, meditation, pranayama, energy work, chakra healing, yoga asanas and extensive knowledge of acute and chronic disease and the application of western and natural approaches for overall health.
