If you are not aware, the 'wellness space' or 'nutrition and medical space' on social media and you tube has gone completely out of control in the last 5 years or so. It is too difficult to estimate how many people there are suffering the 'Dunning Kruger effect' which basically means people pretending to be experts when they actually have no qualifications or actual experience in what they write on social media/ you tube. This is why there are so many people now confused and are doing weird things because they have listened to excessive nonsense.
On top of all of that we currently have Robert Kennedy Jr( USA) in charge of health at the moment and even 'he' isn't following the nutrition science. This is where it is at - a dangerous space.
This video is a must watch and is a 100% perfect example of this problem.

Natures Paradise health retreat and spa is a ‘one of a kind’ purpose built creation for adults as a unique space to either relax for a healthy vacation or for more of a wellness retreat. They have created a health retreat that is the most affordable in the world, all without compromising on quality. For residents of Perth and Australia, you need not have to travel for hours by car or plane to find a world class affordable retreat right at your doorstep.
