Activities like this aren’t just about fun (though there was plenty of that!) — they’re about building confidence, friendships, and community in a supportive, inclusive space.

Our Wednesday Cooking Group whipped up something special this week—a delicious pavlova! From cracking eggs and mixing ingredients to decorating with cream and fresh fruit, everyone played a part and showed fantastic teamwork.
Cooking together is a great way to build life skills, confidence, and independence—plus it’s always sweeter when you get to enjoy the results together! 😄
Well done to our amazing participants and support staff for another successful (and tasty) session.

🐾 Saturday Smiles at the Dog Café! 🐾
This Saturday, our Knight & Day Disability Group enjoyed a wonderful outing to a local dog café, followed by a relaxed lunch together.
From furry cuddles and wagging tails to great food and even better company, it was a day full of laughter, connection, and confidence-building moments. 🐕☕🍽️
Social outings like these are all about inclusion, independence, and creating meaningful experiences in the community—and today was a perfect example of that.
A big thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the day so special. We can’t wait for the next adventure! ✨
