ASDA PG is a Special Disability Accommodation Provider who is a supporting partner, working with services to supply SDA accommodation to participants for a home for life.

With Christmas approaching, we would like to remind you that the holiday season may present challenges in securing properties, as many will be closing for the seasonal break. Nevertheless, ASDAPG will remain operational throughout the Christmas period, committed to providing uninterrupted assistance in identifying potential SDA properties or securing cotenants. We currently have several opportunities available:

#1) Redland Bay - SDA Thornlands, located near all amenities. If this area is of interest to you, please do not hesitate to contact us.

# 2) Logan Village - SDA HPS, designed to accommodate three residents plus an Overnight Assistance Provider. We have a female resident seeking a compatible cotenant. We are happy to arrange an inspection at a time that suits you.

#3) A vacant room will soon become available in our SDA HPS Burpengary East property, where two young males reside, enjoying fishing and a harmonious living environment.

**To All Investors currently struggling with there current SDA Provider**
We firstly appreciate the investors who have considered our company. As you may be aware, numerous individuals have been affected by the collapse of NDISP and now SIGMA. We have received several inquiries and have successfully facilitated a swift transition, thanks to SDA enrolment's awareness of the issues and concerns, which has enabled rapid registration transfers. Some properties have been transferred within a couple of weeks, allowing investors to commence claiming funds.
