Forget to take your supplements again?
It can be tricky to get into a new habit when it comes to your supplements, so here are our favourite tips to make taking them second-nature!
π§‘ Habit-stacking - choose a ritual you do every day and add taking your supplements to that. eg. Brushing your teeth, eating your breakfast, your skincare routine
π§‘ Make them visible - instead of the medicine cabinet, put them somewhere you can't miss them. The bedside table, next to the coffee machine, wherever you put your keys
π§‘ Set reminders - utilise recurring reminders on your phone or try an app like Suppify
π§‘ Pill organiser - find a cute pill organiser to keep track of what to take and when. The cuter, the better, we say!
