Ashati is structurally very similar to Reiki and I place my hands on or above specific energy centres (Chakras) and parts of the client’s body, you will be able to sit or lay down, fully clothed.

When I’m channeling these energies it creates a very relaxing and mediative state; an energetic healing and clearing process over a few hours or days will be initiated by each
session.

I will gently reconnect the client with their emotions, thoughts and other energies/influences that are affecting them on any level of their being.

I do an Intake and make an assessment of the clients needs prior to the healing session, and a debrief after the healing session, and feedback.

Alsemia adds etheric/physical healing energies to Ashati healings, these energies trigger even more profound relaxation, and speed up the narural healing processes of the body.

Subconscious Exploration sessions can be combined with the standard Ashati Healing, this is a much deeper trance like mediative and relaxation state and will facilitate more healing as well as reconnection and natural exploration of the subconscious mind.
