Blue Iris Healing I am able to teach you how to mediate (mindfulness) both relaxation and visualisation strategies to assist you to manage your stress levels.

I am a certified Energy Healing Practitioner and I am able to provide a number of Energy modalities including Ashati Energy, Alsemia Energy and Reiki Energy Healings. I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree majoring in Counselling and Welfare Studies which is relevant to this work. I have a work history of over thirty years experience with working with young people, children and women, parents both in the non-government and government agencies. I have a current Blue Card.
