Barry Krosch dropped in today after catching up with the Easter Bunny 🐰🍫 and brought chocolates for all our participants, staff, and support workers!

Don’t worry, Murgon crew—you haven’t been forgotten. We’ll make sure you get yours after Easter 😊

Even though some of our crew can’t have sweets, they were all amazing and happily held some for the photos.

Last ROA session in Murgon for today before we take a week off over Easter! Everyone had an amazing time singing, with smiles so big even the Cheshire Cat would be proud 😄

We also celebrated Grant’s birthday from last week — of course there was singing and cake! 🎂

Had a fantastic day at Murgon ROA—plenty of laughs, lots of singing, and such a fun atmosphere! We were nearly at a full house, which made it even better.

Rehearsals are now underway for our mid-year concert—exciting times ahead! 🎶

Last night we had an absolutely amazing time at the South Burnett Music Awards! 🎶✨

Firstly, one of our superstars, Mitchell Taylor ( Joanne Taylor) received the Rockin’ Our Abilities Award — you couldn’t wipe the smile off his face! So well deserved, Mitchy 👏💙

Secondly, our incredible founder, director, and the best boss ever, Sonia Mcmahon, took home the People’s Choice Award — and as if that wasn’t enough…

Our talented musical director, Chris Wenner , was awarded the Encouragement Award for his ongoing support of ROA and for being such a fantastic musician🎸🙌

And to top off an already unforgettable night, our fearless leader Sonia McMahon was also inducted into the Hall of Fame for 2026! 🏆🌟

ROA absolutely cleaned up at the awards last night, and we couldn’t be prouder of our team 💫

A huge thank you to Warren Gould and everyone involved in the South Burnett Music Awards for their continued support. Each year, they generously donate proceeds from ticket sales to us, and this year they contributed $300 — we are so grateful! 🙏💛
