We spend hours rounded forward (hunched over) head down, shoulders in, upper back flexed. Over time this can lead to neck tension, headaches, mid-back stiffness and even lower back discomfort.
The stretch I show at the end?
It helps bring your body back into extension — opening the chest, extending the spine, and counteracting all that forward posture.
You don’t need perfect posture.
You just need balance.
Move into extension as often as you move into flexion 👌
